This company is good
Easy to deligate, easy to talk to, did the job in good time, was good at putting my stuff in the flat, but 1 off them scratched my carpet with trolley and didn't tell me, my friend noticed what happened but didn't tell me before they left 🙁 but overall it was put in the van no broken bits or furniture, and they were so easy to talk to and use.

Our experience with sofa village was excellent from start to finish, the goods arrived within 2 days of ordering and good quality sofa and armchairs, the delivery team kept us informed and delivery was easy to track and the delivery team were helpful and polite.

Item good, delivery meh
The item took 4 or 5 days to arrive, looks good but haven't fitted it yet. It would have been better if the package had at least been left outside the front door rather than on the driveway but I guess they're in a rush.

Many boxes damaged. Fit critical boxes which would have been loaded last onto the van (according to Wickes) was a complete mystery to the driver.
