Nice but unprepared
The delivery people were lovely to talk to however very unprepared and appreared to be learning as they went. The company had been informed to get the fridge into the kitchen the doors would likely need removing ... and to cover this I paid extra incase the standard delivery didn't include it. When they arrived they didn't have a tape measure let alone tools to take the doors off. After some time using my tools they managed to get the doors off but you could see they were not used to doing it. I did later discover a small dent on one of the door tho it was apparent that they did try and move the doors and unit with care so it could of been from factory.

Avoid at all cost
Delivery ok. Installation not ok. They damaged the appliance, definitely not professionals as marketed by the supplier. Huge disappointment, do not recommend.

Had a phone call to say delivery would…
Had a phone call to say delivery would be with us within the next half hour.
An hour later, I rang the number, mainly because we live in Wellbrook Green, but there is a Wellbrook Close. And was unsure if they had gone to the Close by mistake.
I was told their van had broken down. But, the van had been fixed and they were on their way.
