Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Clear information about the delivery provided by emails including a two-hour delivery slot the night before. As promised a phone call was received 40 minutes before arrival to confirm they were en route. The package and contents were undamaged indicating that care had been taken.

Good booking process
I really liked the booking process and the regular updates throughout the delivery journey. Up until the actual delivery, I thought the service was excellent.
However, despite being given the option on the listing to specify which room the item should be delivered to, the delivery team left it on the landing and refused to take it upstairs. This was very disappointing, especially as I had selected the room-of-choice delivery option.
If delivery to the specified room isn't actually available, then why is it offered as an option on the website? The service promised online didn't match the service I received.

Unpleasant experience
Had a bulky item delivered from Amazon. The courier absolutely had no manners, was disrespectful of my property and careless with my delivery. Not only I wasn't asked where I'd have liked the item to be put, but also it was dumped by onto the floor and pushed further into the room without any consideration that it could get damaged and that it was scratching the newly fitted flooring

Nice but unprepared
The delivery people were lovely to talk to however very unprepared and appreared to be learning as they went. The company had been informed to get the fridge into the kitchen the doors would likely need removing ... and to cover this I paid extra incase the standard delivery didn't include it. When they arrived they didn't have a tape measure let alone tools to take the doors off. After some time using my tools they managed to get the doors off but you could see they were not used to doing it. I did later discover a small dent on one of the door tho it was apparent that they did try and move the doors and unit with care so it could of been from factory.
