Alaskan Leather Company Reviews

Quick delivery, good service

I ordered the Connor Brown Leather Laptop Backpack. From order to receipt was 14 calendar days.

Well made leather jacket and great customer service!

I still have not received my item. Website easy to navigate. Waiting on item to arrive to rate quality of item

Got the Coleman as a gift for my brother and he loves it. He travels a lot and he liked everything about the duffle bag. Perfect for a weekend trip.
Waited a bit (around 2 weeks) for it to be delivered since the size was not available on hand but I didn't mind. Customer support was very responsive and a tracker was provided so you know the progress on the delivery.
Overall satisfied with the service and more importantly the quality of their bags.

The correspondence for my special request and clear update to know the status of my order. Sarah was outstanding with her customer service support. Thank you. Product quality is top notch and the finishing is fantastic. They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered came in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been better.

Such a great quality of work, backpack was just great - smell, design, just cool vibes! Thank you guys!

Amazing quality for the price and something you will use for years.

I am extremely please with the company and their product I recently purchased a backpack from them it was made very well and looked great I was also impressed at the speed in which it was delivered I placed my order late Friday night and received it on Wednesday I would highly recommend this company

I collaborated with Alaskan Leather Company to design a custom bag as a gift. The end product literally brought the recipient to tears. Thank you!

Great service, I called them over the phone and they answered quickly!

Great customer service in terms of Q&A before the purchase. Sound followup and updates on the order. Superb product in line with expectations.

Very knowledgeable people took my photos and measurements and duplicated my product absolutely perfectly. Very happy with materials and labor involved.

Shipped on time. Bag is exactly as ordered. Good quality.

So impressed with this company. They looked after every detail with care and expertise. Communication was fantastic. The bag they created from my drawings is great. Highly recommended.

Ordering was easy. I was a bit worried that delivery would be delayed since it was being shipped from the other side of the world, but the product arrived after a few days, which was fine. The leatherwork is very nice and in the perfect casual style to suit my daily commute.

Great customer service. I am extremely happy with my purchase, the Black Mayor briefcase.
Great bag with soft leather, excellent quality.

The customer service journey was fantastic - always responsive to my emails and requests. The product was delivered ahead of the requested schedule. The quality of the bag is superb and it made a wonderful gift.

They were quick, the product was as I requested, and arrived promptly after final confirmation. Product was not sent from USA, but Pakistan. I don't know if this is logistical or if the production is actually there.

I’m an airline pilot who loves leather products and just began flying with the Ferguson leather flight bag. It looks and feels like quality, the leather is good to the touch and interior space is enough to fit an iPad, headsets, cases, documents and logbook, safety vest and more. I often get compliments from other pilots and gladly refer to the store.
