I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could! Huge problem getting a refund it's been 20 days since they received my return. Their policy is to refund in 3 days. Customer Service is in no hurry to resolve anything always referring to their warehouse. I will not ever be shopping with this brand again. I am trying to do a charge back via my credit card now. Ineffective and a incompetentcompany - beware!

Still waiting for my refund
So far I still await confirmation of my refund. Albaray you need to improve the speed of this service to align with other retailers. As of today, following two messages to query my return, I am still being informed that I must wait for a response from the warehouse. Not impressed and unlikely to order anything in the future which is a shame as the quality of the clothing was lovely.

Problems with returns
There seems to be an issue with returns. The website says, Please allow up to 5 working days from return for the order to get to us and a further 2-3 days for us to process the return and send you an email. My parcel was received by them on 4th August according to tracking (2 days after posting) but they still can't tell me when the refund will be processed and replies to emails are generic or can't give any information other than we'll chase it with the warehouse. I've received no emails from them except when I've got in touch. Also the recommended contact email on the site goes to a blank page when you click on it. This was my first time shopping with Albaray and I won't repeat it.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I’ve had 2 orders from them, unfortunately the first one was around Christmas time and my parcel went missing (no fault on their part), I very quickly received a refund and discount code to use on my next purchase. My second order arrived very quickly and the items are very good quality. Would highly recommend
