Getting a refund from them is such hard work. Email, wait for authorisation, then go find a printer. I don’t know who the brains behind this process was cause I will never ever shop online with them ever again. Every other shops accepts a refund in store but Aldo make it as hard as possible.

The worst store everr... Trust me people, please don't buy online from them. They never return and refund your money. I feel so sad about myself that I prefer this cheap brand over other professional brands and 2 months still no return n refund policy!!! Shame on these ppl. I wonder why Saudi consumer protection doesn't do something about this store!!!

Whilst they might have an array of enticing shoes. I would not recommend buying their sandals unless you have toes the length of fingers. The toe post on their sandals is often placed so far back your actual foot is sure to end up cliff hanging over the back of the heel of the shoe. I mean at least if it was forward people of all toe lengths could use the shoes. However, frankly as they are, they aren’t fit for purpose unless you have fingers for toes or chimpanzee feet.

Ordered tessia shoes on line but were too small so I returned them for a refund .Buyer beware although they say free returns it's not true 🤔 as when you ask for refund they charge you a £3 admin fee ???So really you ARE paying for return postage .They have had my return but now state it takes up to 10 working days to process this ????I've just emailed them again and stated that if they had to wait 10 for payment when you purchase from them they would probably go out of business. I shall not be buying from them again .

Had a very difficult time with order. First order, the shoes were too big at my normal size. I sent them back and ordered the next size down. They came and the shoes were marked as two different sizes. However, they were clearly the same size. I’m keeping them but would think again.

Their customer service is awful. I won’t ever buy from this Company again.

Received shoes that were full of scuff marks, tacky glue all over even the insoles had dog ears. You could tell they've had a few rounds being worn prior to being purchased.
Did not even bother trying on shoes as I was that upset over how shoddy the shoes looked. Used to love aldos but this was terrible.
Really terrible and the returns facility is not great.

La mia ragazza ha acquistato delle scarpe linea Cenerentola presso lo store di Villesse. Acquistate per una cerimonia, arriva a casa e le prova con l'abito che doveva utilizzare. Dopo circa 10 minuti si accorge che nella parte laterale la cucitura (molto affilata) strofina la parte laterale della scarpa,facendo saltare il tessuto. Portato al negozio e dopo essere stata analizzata, l'azienda non ci risponde che non é un difetto di fabbrica ma solo che la suola é sporca e quindi loro la reputano usata. Lasciando stare la pessima comunicazione col cliente, e l'immagine che l'azienda ha mostrato col cliente, io penso che se tu mi vendi una scarpa che nel punto vendita é stata misurata da 300 persone, credo che sia normale che la scarpa sia sporca. Comunque deluso ho ritirato le scarpe e purtroppo hanno perso molti clienti, dato che la mia esperienza sarà comunicata alle mie amicizie

Very bad experience, despite their shipping policies stating a time frame of 4-6 working days it took over 3 weeks and several emails to have them ship my items. After that I just decided to send everything back and at least that was pretty straightforward. I've never had such a hard time while shopping online.

It is the worst online shopping website i have ever used.
on my last order they put the wrong post code and i sent them proof of my previous orders showing my full address and yet they insist they it was not there mistake. Why would i change my post code and to deliver the item someone else, How could they be so stupid. i cant believe that there is no phone number to call and to speak to someone. i guess they know how terrible they are and the phone will not stop ringing.

anyway i lost GBP73 because of their stupidity.

avoid aldo worst comapany l ever seen who ever orders online in Aldo you are in truble you wont get the shoes and you dont get the refund .

This is the third pair of Aldo shoes I won't be able to wear and another £135 down the drains. Asda is the only shoe company whose shoes I can't seem to break into. They use the hardest leather known tom men and their sizing width in particular in atrocious. My advice is don't waste your money on them

Ho acquistato un paio di décolleté difettose in quanto tutte bollate e con vernice saltata . Mi sono recata in negozio il giorno dopo ( me ne sono accorta arrivata a casa del problema ) e non c’era un altro paio di scarpe uguali per la sostituzione. Non ho trovato nulla di mio gradimento e , nonostante fosse stato un difetto di fabbrica e non volontà mia, non mi hanno voluto restituire i soldi ! Il venditore mi ha detto che lui le avrebbe comunque messe in vendita ! Cosa che non trovo assolutamente corretta !
Inoltre , avendole acquistate con lo sconto del 20% ho perso anche lo sconto . Come si suol dire “oltre al danno anche la beffa”
Prima e ultima volta che acqueterò da loro !

Awaiting over a month for my refund and I’m struggling to get anyone to communicate with me.

Terrible service, not responsive, no one takes accountability. The shoes, sadly, are not the most comfortable ones as well. No value for price.

Awaiting a £40 refund, Aldo are ignoring all emails

Since the pandemic hit Aldo and they got bought by Bushell Investment. The quality of items haven’t been the same.

I have a large collection of Aldo sneakers, high heels, boots and handbag purchased prior to the pandemic, so I can tell their quality has changed due to the new owners changing manufacturers (either due to costs or perhaps they are trying to get a bigger profit margin) but it is terrible to charge €90 for sneakers that you’d get at a Sunday market for €15.

The sneakers had a plastic feel to it, the PU faux leather was too light and easy to scratch, even the fine details such as the engraved Aldo logos throughout the footwear is inconsistent and it shows that Aldo’s manufacturers cater the same styles to other brands by simply engraving/stamping the footwear for each brand.

Even if they are now constantly having sales, most items are not worth the money. Primark, New Look and H&M surpass their quality now.

Their handbags are also sourced from manufacturers that make the same bags for other cheaper brands.
I saw few bags that I purchased years ago in AliExpress for no more than €15 per bag. And Aldo is selling the same exact bags for €40 marked down from €60.
Save your money and go to Shein when it comes to handbags.

No thanks Aldo. Kindly return to your previous manufacturers to regain your exclusivity and great quality.

It’s painful to see a great brand being destroyed by a new management who’s trying to save money and rip off their customers.

As for now, I am going to cherish my favourite Aldo footwear and handbags that I owned prior covid and hope I find a good alternative to them.

Ordered some trainers on 28th January 2022, received order confirmation email but didn't receive any shipping info. I emailed them a week after placing the order, and they replied saying there's a delay due to stock issues but the items should be shipped within the next 7 days. Another two weeks passed and had not received any shipping info, I emailed again and had no response so I opened a PayPal case. Suddenly, that same day, I received an email from Aldo saying my order has been dispatched. However, the tracking number they gave was invalid (the tracking number was literally the number '0' which obviously wasn't recognised on royal mail tracking). I told PayPal about this and then next day Aldo emailed saying one of my items is out of stock and they're sending a refund for it (no refund received). I contacted paypal again about this and eventually PayPal closed the case in my favour and as soon as this happened Aldo said my shipment is lost and they will contact royal mail, even thought they didn't even give a valid royal mail tracking number to begin with... I wouldn't have imagined a known brand like Aldo would act like scammers, thank God I paid with PayPal and not debit card, otherwise I would've been out of pocket for sure.

Went into the store in London U.K. and tried on a bag and when I asked the sales assistant to buy it she snatched it out my hand gave me a dirty look and then told the person behind the checkout that my new bag in the box needs to be opened and the tag removed before giving it to me which means I could never go back in and return it even though I was not the one who would have removed the tag. It was appalling and seejng as I was the only one in the store treated like this and the only one with my colour skin it is difficult to not assume this is discrimination and racism. Aldo do better when you hire staff and provide better training and ensure there are repercussions you will never be getting repeat custom from me ever again.

It is the worst experience I ever had. I paid on line and I never received the items. There is no way to return until I get them and I am not able to contact them by phone. Basically, I feel helpless and I can’t get my £150 back.

Ordered a handbag through Asos app and I was amazed. High quality, lovely design and feel. Beats even some designer ones. Fabulous. Thanks for that :)
