I have previously brought from Aldo a number of times and the quality is always amazing, I have shows over 10 years old.

I ordered some and they arrived, the quality wasn’t great and the strap was missing. I was so disappointed, however I contacted Aldo and there customer service has been absolutely incredible and I will continue to buy from them.

Love the styling but unfortunately on this occasion, the size came up way to big.

I orders shoulder bag and sun glasses, love the bag and quality is very premium. Glasses are also very good but unfortunately size is not suitable to my face. 🤭🥰

The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. Items are always delivered on time and the quality of the goods is always high.

Fast delivery and the quality of the sandals is superb, I have a slim fit, normally I wear 38 but ordered 4.5 it also size well. Thanks

Great. Sandals were lovely quality and looked exactly the same as the website photos (sometimes they don’t and colour varies). Really pleased. Fast delivery too.

Prompt delivery and comfy shoes.
The sizing is not always right, depending on the type of shoe, but still worth a try.

I saw a gorgeous pair of sandals on holiday, looked and found them online. They were reduced and in stock in my size. Placed an order and they were delivered and waiting for me when I got home. They are so comfortable and the colour means they go with any outfit.

Guy behind till with beard, said "mate what size though becuase theyre very limited" in a really patronising way. Felt like he didnt want to serve me and was as if I felt ushered out the shop. Wasnt even busy, only had 1 customer.

The heel was pretty but stable so it was comfortable to stand and walk in.

Item arrived in reasonable time and well packed. The trainers were exactly as shown. The fit is exactly right - size 6.5, and they were very comfortable from the first time I wore them.

I bought a pair of £90 heels from ALDO that developed visible damage after just one wear! I contacted them within 30 days expecting a refund, as the product clearly wasn’t of satisfactory quality. Instead, they refused and offered just 30% back, claiming it was normal wear and tear.

This goes against UK consumer rights, which protect buyers when items don’t meet reasonable durability standards. After several emails, they refused to take responsibility. Really disappointing experience from a brand I expected better from.

I recently ordered three pairs of shoes from ALDO, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The delivery was impressively quick, and all the shoes arrived beautifully packaged with great care. Each pair looks fantastic and, most importantly, they’re incredibly comfortable to wear straight out of the box.
