The worst experience ever received from a customer service. I bought a pair of boots, walked on and hated them. They caused so much pain I had to throw them away. What a waste of money! And what a shirty company! Shame on you. Unbelievable

I’m always happy with my Aldo shoes loafers I’ve got few collections of different colors and designs comfortable and that’s what exactly I’m looking for I will always comeback and purchase Aldo products.

I’ve not received my order in 3 weeks . Not a refund or an update . Where is my order ?

Love the shoes, but the upper part on the zip area is tight for me. I wear size 6 but order 7 because my hips is 46, but no allowance.

Bought a pair of black pillow walk Finespec shoes just as everyday trainers and they lasted about 3 months before the side came away from the base of the shoe leaving a huge hole, terrible quality.

They emailed back very quickly.

I bought for £125 a pair lovely leather boots on sale, previously priced at £250 so I thought I did a mega deal. When they arrived, the quality definitely wasn't matching the price... The leather on the leg section of the boot was such a thin layer that the shoes would have cracked after couple of uses, so thin they wouldn't stand straight as there was no structure to it. I sent back straight away. What a shame as the design was lovely but definitely not event worth the £125, let alone the £250!!!

Very good, friendly and efficient customer service

2 weeks to get shoes delivered. Shoes have a neoprene lining on the inside that, although comfortable, make it impossible for you feet to breathe and release heat (only way to find out is actually using it). Return/Refund denied on 1 pair. Almost 2 weeks to get a return label for the 2nd pair. Bad experience that has put me off ALDO completely.

Sale items come with significant signs of usage, sometimes two shoes in pair don’t even match in terms of their condition and when you send them back they won’t refund your money in full. When you question them about it, they say item was on sale hence might have imperfections but as long as it is wearable they will send it to you as “new” item. Stay away for your own good! BTW Aldo shoes are not that comfortable and massively overpriced for their quality! Will not be ordering again, EVER!!

Utterly unacceptable service from a brand that claims to be reputable. Three failures in a row, how does a company get it wrong every single time?

To make matters worse, their idea of compensation, was a voucher that can only be used on their own website. After sending out worn, repackaged shoes as “new,” they genuinely think a £10 Aldo voucher is a goodwill gesture. And when challenged, they insisted they “cannot offer anything outside Aldo.”

So not only do they expect customers to tolerate faulty products, they expect you to spend more money with them to fix their own mistakes.

My trust in this company is below zero. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Do not trust this incompetent brand.

You don’t deliver my parcel where is my parcel give me money back please I am still waiting

Love Aldo leather shoes and the fact that they offer 1/2 sizes. It has always been Aldo and will always be Aldo.

There is no longer a shop near me so have to mail order. Lovely shoes but did not fit as too wide. More accurate sizings including width & length in cm/inches would help. Paid £3.95 delivery & had to return with another £3.95 handling fee. Cost me £7.98 for nothing!!

I ordered and paid for Pair of boots a week ago for next day delivery for a funeral
They have not been received.
Aldi have not contacted me
They are a faceless organisation that at this stage have stolen my money, offering a service that does not exist.

My next step is to go through the bank raising this as a fraudulent transaction.

Item returned within hours of delivery but refund process takes weeks, still awaiting confirmation.

Good communication. I bought 2 bags. Same style in different colours. They are very beautiful and stylish. Excellent quality. Just the right style I was looking for. The sale price was also a good catch.

They charge £3.95 as fee for retun. I believe the processing fee for a refund is extremely disappointing, inequitable and irrational. This is may be against the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Chapter 2, section 11 (“Goods to be as described") where it clearly states that the full payment should be refunded if the goods are not as described. I have ahd several Aldo shoes wearing size 9 and they fit well. The items in my last orders were inconsistent with Aldo size/fitting based on my existing Aldo shoes and therefore, they were not as described. That is a shame because I previously had good experiences with Aldo and was happy with the quality of your shoes. They also used to issue full refund for return...

Fast delivery and true to size.
The heels are stunning - even prettier in real life than online.
Very happy with my purchase.

Waiting a month and still no delivery the saga with the EVRI delivery partner is too long to write but essentially I have no idea how good ALDO is as it seems I will never get my shoes.
