Fantastic The team was able to resolve it in a remarkable time

I am extremely disappointed with ALDO and feel obligated to warn other customers.
I ordered a bag from ALDO and chose the locker collection option. When I arrived to pick it up, the locker was completely EMPTY.
At the exact same time, I received an email saying “Your parcel has been collected.”
This is absolutely false — and honestly shocking.
I reported the issue to ALDO immediately, expecting proper support. Instead, I was told to contact Evri.
Evri then pushed me back to ALDO, insisting the retailer must contact them directly.
So now I’m stuck in the middle while ALDO and Evri keep passing responsibility like it’s not their problem.
ALDO has shown:
No urgency
No investigation
No accountability
No willingness to help a customer who never received their item
Nobody is checking the false “collected” scan.
Nobody is reviewing the locker logs.
Nobody is actually trying to solve the problem.
I am without my parcel, without a refund, and without any real support from ALDO.
This experience has been incredibly stressful, and the lack of customer service from ALDO is unacceptable.
A major company should not treat customers this way, especially when the mistake is clearly on their end or their courier’s end.
I will not be ordering from ALDO again unless they take responsibility, investigate properly, and stop leaving customers helpless in situations like this.
Customers deserve better. Right now, ALDO has failed completely.

Shocking never had the item delivered after weeks. Shop app made it impossible to report it. Never buy again from these people

It doesn’t look same as picture and not really giving a luxury feeling. I bought this in Sale but still not worth for money.

Very nice quality i did online shopping on very reasonable rates at the end of December they gave me good price and good quality. I’m in love with all bags.also they gave me discount on first purchase o fact i got all in good rates and delivery is also so quickly i got my parcel 2-3 days.

My shoes are beautiful and a perfect fit. I haven’t got to wear them yet so will leave another review once I have

I used to be a fan of Aldo and i just rediscovered Aldo. their quality is still the same , I love the sales.lol
Although,Some of the shoes are not true to size e.g wildbreeze cupsoles colour- other pink and Reia colour white. I bought the size 5 and it's way bigger than my feet. Other than that 👍

I wouldn’t recommend ordering through their website, my first order went missing and I had to wait over 2 weeks for a replacement to be sent. The customer service seems like a very automated service rather than actual people..
You also have to pay for returns which I find very unusual as so many websites offer free returns now. Now I’m still waiting for a refund my initial purchase was made in November! Terrible service and I will never use again.

Easy to order online. Quality shoes! I used it for a week in Hallstat and Munich and it’s very durable.

Bought 2pairs of boots, over the moon with one pair, second pair leather tougher than first thought.

The first order of trainers arrived but instead of a UK 6 they were a US 6, despite their website saying all sizes quoted were UK sizes. I contacted the support team who responded very quickly and apologised. After sending some photos for proof, they initiated a return and refunding all monies including postage, communication was excellent. Once I got the refund, I ordered another pair of trainers, but made a mistake with the size. Once again I contacted customer support to advise of the error. They responded very quickly again and said they couldn’t change the order once placed but could request it to be sent back to them. This happened the next day and once again communication was excellent. My refund is in progress and I will definitely use ALDO again. Well done to all concerned
