As a company, we have processed thousands of orders and have only ever blocked four individuals in our entire history. We do not take that step lightly.
We only block customers in instances of threats of violence or abusive and repulsive behaviour towards our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding this.

Made a few orders which all came through with no issues. Later had an accident which broke an atomiser and customer service did a top job, providing free travel atomisers within a couple of days for decanting!

We are sorry to hear that the fragrances weren't to your personal taste, but we must address the comments regarding our service.
We were not being dismissive; we were simply being clear about our returns policy. We cannot accept the return of four opened and used 100ml bottles simply because you did not prefer the scent.
As an online retailer, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety regulations. Once a bottle is used, it cannot be resold.
This is exactly why we offer Sample Packs on our website. We always strongly recommend that customers try a sample before committing to a full-sized bottle, let alone four of them. Blind buying such a large quantity is a risk, but it is not a flaw in the product's quality.
We are sorry if our firm stance on this policy felt "rude," but we cannot absorb the cost of used items due to personal preference.

Very disappointing
Looking at all these good reviews my bottle must have just been filled with water. There is absolutely no smell. I have this scent from another brand and it lasts all day. I have tried with spraying both on each wrist at the same time. Yours?? Nothing!!! What a waste of money. Follow on from your reply. The voucher episode has nothing to do with how the product is. I bought it and tried it without the voucher. And maybe read my review again as nowhere does it say "smelled like water". Your words.. At no point in that correspondence did you mention that the fragrance had "no smell" or smelled like "water." I not tried it when I wrote that so how can I mention that? I will most def not recommend you.

We are very confused by this review, as it contradicts the email conversation we have been having with you over the last few days.
In our recent emails, your only complaint was that you received your "Welcome" discount code after you had already placed your order. You explicitly asked for a retroactive 20% refund, and when we explained that the code could simply be used on your next order, you replied:
"Not really good customer service. You could have offered me 20% refund. Don't think I will use you again."
At no point in that correspondence did you mention that the fragrance had "no smell" or smelled like "water."
It is very disappointing that you have chosen to leave a review attacking the quality of the product solely because you were unhappy that we could not retrospectively apply a discount code to a processed order.
We can assure you, and our other customers, that our products are high-concentration Extraits and certainly not "water."

Obsessed with this brand! It is light enough for daytime but has a cozy l ingering sweetness tha's perfect for evenings. A little goes a long way, and the vibe feels so timless. The quality of Alexandria fragrances is fantastic, almost always with great strength and staying power. I love how they offer reasonably priced sample packs with generous 5ml spray samples, which allows you to test a fragrance over time, before you buy. The service I have experienced has always been fast, and when I've emailed the company to ask a question there has always been a quick and helpful response

Every time I order from Alexandria it’s a great experience. The website is easy to navigate, all inspirations are named in the title of the fragrance so it’s easy to find what you wasn’t. I’ve never had a fragrance that was less than maybe 85% close. Afternoon Splash being the best example. Took Afternoon swim, and actually gave it the longevity it deserves. Shipping is always rapid, I’ve never waited more than 3 days
All around, in my opinion, they’re the leaders in dupe perfumery outside of Middle Eastern brands. High quality, great scents, and well priced.

Doesn't Match Expected Dupe
Unfortunately, the perfume 'Splendid Vanille' didn't meet my expectations for a resemblance to the Creed scent. The fragrance is quite strong, and I detected a chemical quality in the notes that wasn't to my taste. It wasn't the match I was hoping for.
