It guarantees you are never hit with unexpected duty charges, courier admin fees, or long border delays when it arrives. I appreciate it is frustrating when a parcel cannot be located immediately, but as a business, we must rely on the factual tracking data provided by our shipping partners. We investigated this thoroughly with Royal Mail on your behalf. They provided a comprehensive Proof of Delivery, which includes a photograph of your specific property, a logged signature, and exact GPS coordinates confirming the parcel was successfully delivered to your precise address.

We maintained communication with you right up until this definitive evidence was presented. Once a courier provides undeniable, multi-point proof of a successful delivery, we are unable to absorb the cost of a refund or dispatch a free replacement, which is why the matter was closed on our end.

Should your card provider reach out regarding a chargeback, we will be more than happy to supply them with the Royal Mail GPS data, signature, and photographic evidence to resolve their inquiry.

As we discussed directly, you are experiencing a textbook case of olfactory fatigue. The specific DNA of the fragrance you purchased relies heavily on large aromachemical molecules like Ambroxan. It is scientifically impossible for a proper Extrait concentration to completely evaporate from clothing in under two hours. The scent has not vanished; your olfactory receptors—and those of anyone in the immediate vicinity, like your wife—have simply tuned it out to prevent sensory overload.

As the Managing Director, I personally tested the exact master batch your bottle was poured from. It performs flawlessly and meets our strict manufacturing standards. You kindly offered to return the bottle for a replacement, but sending you another bottle from a perfectly formulated batch would result in the exact same biological reaction for you. It would not solve your issue, which is why a replacement was politely declined.

We do not send out redundant replacements just to tick a customer service box when the science dictates the product is performing exactly as intended.
