Easy to use interface, this very important for me. But the system doesn't respond in real time.

Let's start from the Beginning.
I bought USD 250.91 on items from a seller named Wenzhou En Ke Jie International on the 03/11/2020. I bought many other items from different sellers and I got all of them, perfect and on time. I was told by the seller I would get my parcel around 13/12/2020. I did not get my parcel by the time I was told. So the maximum i should wait following what trade assurance says is 60 days if it's composed by air/sea shipping. So I waited, I messaged the seller and he did not answer me, I opened dispute on trade assurance for 3 times, in all of them something related to an port nucleic acid test was mentioned as an excuse of the delay and that the seller had shipped my physical package. So I emailed UPS and asked them about my package and about this port nucleic acid test and they answered me that they do not know about this test and they also said the seller only created the label but the physical package was never got by them. There are lots of lies and misinformation, almost 3 months have passed and trade assurance has done nothing to help a costumer. I would love a way to get my money back.

Please stay away from this cloud provider, They are stealing users information and selling it to China, that comes to no surprise since it is a Chinese company but asking me to verify my identity with Passport, Drivers License, ID license, and also credit card number which all needs to be sent to a very suspicious email address and the worse part of this is after they were caught selling indian users information to China just 2 months ago, what an absolute joke!!

Our team was thinking to move our computing instances into Alibaba Cloud (saw their free trial and advertising everywhere).

Sadly, Alibaba Cloud has the worst UX with an awful customer service (they will contact you to upsell and then keep ignoring your problem without solving anything).

With that being said, it doesn't even worth your time to compare Alibaba Cloud with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Digital Ocean or any other cloud computing service providers.

They even ask for a complicated verification process to get a free trial, which at the end we DON'T get a real "free trial". They still DEDUCT the money from you for its service（Yes they do...). So there is a sense the free trial is created to lure people sign up and then choose the wrong package.

Fortunately, they cannot deduct much big enough since we didnt put my credit card (be careful to use your credit card).

Do they care about customer satisfaction? Well, don't even think about it (FORGET IT).

They will leave you disgusted, with losing money + time and poor experience.

If you can use English for doing anything online, it's better to never think about try their service. Just go to Google, AWS or Azure (and stay there).

Cheaper than American couterparts but not always accessible overseas

the most underwhelming and painful navigation/dashboard experience, I feel it is totally unsafe to stay...you will spend hours to understand how billing and managing services works but you will find nothing ...and if you subscribe to any of there services it is nearly impossible to cancel it ....you will keep paying for those guys just because you thought : let me try , why not ?

Very clunky copy of Google cloud service, impossible to opt out of the free trial which turns paid after 90 days. Don't waste your time

i got scammed.
got a Free trial account from an advert, created an instance, tried it out for 30 mins, stopped instance. next month i got charged 60usd. told me "disk" and "bandwith" usage on a stopped instance. stay away. tons bad review out there, trust those bad reviews

Amateurish imitator of other cloud providers. Numerous problems, slow dashboard, password policies not in keeping with recent guidelines. Don't bother; there are plenty of better options.

Hi, Alibaba cloud is the worst server in the world. Many hidden charge, too much complicated and no customer support as well.

After hosting in Alibaba cloud it seems in a trap. Never try their service.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Stay away. Words can not describe how bad they are. Their software is faulty: SMS does not come through, Credit cards do not debit, authorisations for Cards do not happen, their support people are clueless and tries to push blame onto others. I wasted 5 hours with their support - never again!

Don't waste your time, they claim that they have a free trial, but once you sign up you get a message that you are not eligible for the trial... when you contact them they will tell you to send tons of documents including your ID or passport... and your bank statement, etc... they are terrible and big chance they are selling personal information, by reading all the negative reviews I am now sure that's I did a mistake by wanting to give them a try, I should do a research before even waste my precious time waiting for a ridiculous reply where they just want personal info, I deleted my account immediately and I regret the energy and time I spent going through their buggy website which is hard to use anyway. Is that the cloud of Jack Ma? it seems that everyone who get rich they forget from where they came in the first place, and forget that without the people he would never arrived at a such place! am so disapointed.

The internet from alibabacloud is really really bad, after you open ticket with them, they will just say "ITS NOT OUR FAULT" instead of checking the problem. They just push the problem to someone instead of fixing it.

website is really very complicated, please stay away from this website. They trick you into being a member with a $ 300 trial loan lie, and they never make the trial.

I recently signup with alibaba cloud and choose a basic server (1 vCPU, 2 GB, smallest HDD, 10mbps) and choose pay as your go (just for some tests), I don't know if it is normal that alibaba cloud charges Pre-authorization every week, I mean in my billing management console it only says $0.95USD, I know they still charge for using the hard drive, but it's a minimum, and read in their faqs they charges $1.00USD to verify is your credit card, its ok, but cmmon, more than $50 USD in less a month?

First day of signup receive this:

Sep/09/2019 Pre-authorization hold in the amount of: 10.0 USD (it's not 1.00 USD like they said in their faqs), We will release and then reinitiate the pre-authorization hold to your PayPal account after a set period of time on a recurring basis.

then this: Sep/20/2019 Pre-authorization hold in the amount of: 15.0 USD and another $10 USD same day, whats wrong?? ask for help, still didn't respond.

and a new one..Oct 1, 2019 Pre-authorization hold in the amount of: 15.0 USD

There are $50.00usd on Pre-authorization charges in less than a month, even I had stopped my instance, does anyone knows if AWS do the same??

this wasn't the best experience, nobody answers my ticket since 12 days ago, have to cancel my subscription on paypal, not recommended, If you like to receive alerts of charges to your credit card every week and nobody answers you, this is the right company.
