No one had told me when are you going to send my package?

First, it took a long time to receive the product and when I did receive it, it didn't appear to be working properly. I contacted support and they had me send them a video. They responded fairly quickly and asked me to fully charge it to see if it made a difference. I did so, however there was no difference. After receiving the product I realized it was made in China and their website did not state this. I have requested a refund for the bottle and the cleaning tabs and was told I had to complete this survey before they would give me the steps to get said refund.

I bought one bottle ….as yet they have not given a tracking number but state the purchase has been shipped…. Extremely bad company … when I asked to cancel they said (surprise surprise ) it had already been shipped!
They apply extra charges that you can’t decline such as a warranty, shipping costs etc and try to sell you numerous other products which are very difficult to decline … item should have been a £50 total but I was charged a lot more. It’s definitely a scam!!

Saludos! Quise saber de que materiales estaba hecha la botella para agua con hidrógeno para estar segura de que cumpliera con los requisitos de seguridad y funcionalidad y me respondieron cada una de ellas.Si cumple con todos los estándares y saber eso me da la seguridad de querer comprarla.

Buenas tardes. El producto esta en buen estado y llegó completo, sin embargo no es lo que esperaba, no detecto un beneficio al usarlo. una la compré para mi esposo y no le agradó el sabor del agua al realizar el proceso de generación de hidrógeno y pues al igual que yo no siente algún beneficio.

Ordering app was confusing. I checked my bank and found I was charged for 2 bottles instead of one. I contacted the company. So far they’ve been working with me on this to clear it up.

El producto es bueno, lástima q a mi me tocará q uno de los dos q me enviaron, saliera defectuoso, y por k estoy viendo la rápida respuesta a mi solicitud.

Very courteous and concerned about my situation/delivery problem.

I called to report the water bottle that I purchased stopped working. The customer service advised that they would send a replacement with priority. I haven’t received a email confirmation with a tracking number. I am not sure if a replacement has been sent. I’ve been waiting for 1 week.

Cancelé la compra en cuanto me di cuenta que el precio de la botella estaba en USD y no en MEP porque para mí es un precio alto.
Lamento haber entendido mal el precio del producto.

El producto se ve real y quiero mejorar mi salud

Espero no se de ningún inconveniente como con otros pedidos sucedidos, para recibirlos en mi país por circunstancias dudosas y desconocidas.

Uno de mis productos llegó roto, sin embargo no se quedó en esa sensación de frustración. Acudí a servicio al cliente y la eficacia, rapidez y satisfactoria respuesta me sorprendieron. Quedé contenta con la resolución y más aún con lo rápido que me lo solucionaron. Gracias y felicidades por su gran esfuerzo
