I can't thank your staff and all the staff at Monterey for the kindness and help on my journey here.Brendan has been absolutely great helping me with the connection's etc. Lisa has been really great through this journey of buying my home. Anna is also a very kind lady as well. I found Brett great explaining the home to me and I only have good things to say.
I would like to suggest that the homes should have more power points especially in the kitchen area. Thank you again

We bought our Allam home in the Maddison Rise Estate and moved into it in late April, the build process was very simple and transparent, the sales consultant Shaun was fantastic, from when we initially walked through the sales office door some 18 months ago until we picked up the keys, he was very approachable and always happy to assist us, he deserves a massive pat on the back. The handover with Wayne was informative and detailed, we have found a couple of small issues or defects during this first month or so of living in the home but along with the items picked up at the handover inspection, we would expect these to be rectified once we submit at the 90-day maintenance period. The only issue I would have at this stage is part of the external landscaping, we seem to be the only home in the estate that does not have pebbles or rocks down the side of the home where the side gate is, this is where the rainwater tank, Air Conditioner, HWS and bin storage is located and is the only external access between the front and rear yards, we had the grass replaced here prior to settlement as it had died and the landscapers that did this also couldn't understand why this area had not been landscaped with pebbles to make it more user friendly, now after the rain we have recently had and the lack of drainage on that side of the block it has turned into a mud pit with the grass struggling to take hold, I believe this area should have pebbles as opposed to grass and I am going to highlight this during the 90 day period. I think it would be good to have Allam Homes contact the future homeowner to discuss external landscaping options prior to settlement, especially when the home is purchased well before completion. Other than that, we are extremely happy with the home it's beautiful.

Michael D conducted our walk-through, he was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly, highlighted the changes since our last purchase, and even identified a few items that needed attention. He documented them all and ensured they were resolved before we moved in and been in touch since to see how things are. We highly recommend Allam Homes.

Very impressed with the staff - from the sales team to the building supervisor and the Estate Manager. All were very helpful, personable and simply good at what they do. A big move such as this is stressful enough but the peaceful lovely setting, quality of the build, and willingness of all staff to take time with us and treat us as individuals and not as just another house sale really helped in our relocation.

Dennis Fochesato has been outstanding – Dennis Fochesato is from Allam Homes, who is our New Home Sales Consultant has been a blessing. He has always gone above and beyond to make our dream turn into a reality. Dennis has proven to be knowledgeable, honest, ethical and pointed us in the right direction. With Dennis help, we have been able to settle on new home including options we were not even aware. Throughout the process Dennis has acted with integrity and always responds to our questions in a timely manner. Dennis is our go to person who I would be happy to recommend to anyone who is considering build a new home or settle on a turnkey project.

We contacted Allam Homes regarding some maintenance repair issues to be done. Alison the Maintenance Manager without hesitation organised Ray the Supervisor to visit our home to address the issues. Ray repaired the minor repairs and organised the painters to return to finish their work in a convenient time for our family. Very pleased & impressed with the level of good customer service.

Diana and Luke handled the minor issues we had with our new family home without any hiccups. Diana was great working in with us to pick days my wife was at home and has communication has been fantastic.

During the visits Luke was very professional and has advised us that if we have any more dramas to just give him a call and he will be more then happy to help us out!

This is our second time buying with Allam homes. First one was great, second one (the upsize) is even better.

Glenn and his team at the Box Hill sales office provided a genuine, down to earth and hassle-free purchasing experience. "What you see is what you get" is what we were told...and it is exactly that. No hidden costs, all colour schemes are modern, stylish and pre selected which takes a HUGE stress factor out of the build equation. The finishes are fantastic with only quality brands used. Inclusions are extremely competitive.
All you do is sit back and relax.
Definitely best bang for your buck given today's crazy market.
Highly recommend.
