We were very impressed with Lisa, she was extremely helpful and patient. Both Lisa and Anna were the main reason for us deciding to purchase at Monterey, aside from the fact the facility is amazing. We're looking forward to moving there as soon as possible.

The Allam Maintenance team were great to deal with. After we identified defects in our home during the 90-day warranty period, they talked us through the causes and scheduled follow-up visits for tradespeople to make the necessary repairs. Diana was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, making herself available via phone & email to answer queries and arrange repairs promptly. Ray and Luke were also very helpful, arriving on time and explaining everything they did to rectify the issues.

As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Sal reached out to me before the Christmas break to provide an overview of the process, especially since the Allam team would be on leave over this period. On settlement day, we had a unique situation, purchasing and settling two houses at once, but Sal went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. While I understand there is a process to follow, it was the extra touches that truly stood out – from offering helpful maintenance tips to providing the NBN connection leaflet, which I used, was incredibly useful. He also took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know.

Not recent, purchased in 2021, back yard soil was landfill broken 1/2 and full bricks throughout $600 k you would expect clean good soil for grass to grow no window in main ensuite being a duplex, you would think a skylight would be an added option to prevent mould in bathroom also. Instead if using creek pebble rock concrete down sides easier access wanted to have things done when being built simple changes told cannot be done when actronair was contacted they said it could of easily been done while being built

We appreciated the personal touch of Glenn. He provided clear explanation of the inclusions and the benefit of an Allam Property. We felt we were heard and our questions were addressed with clear answers. He gave us a tour of the display home which we appreciated. Glenn's customer service places Allam ahead of others.

Your staff are very friendly and accommodating, they care about us. very prompt with replies to issues and repairs. Your field staff ( Graeme ) is great nothing is too much trouble, most of all is very easy to talk too. He knows his job and gets it done, a great asset to you company.

Great company to deal with
Everyone I dealt with, from Sean the sales agent, to Sean the supervisor, to Diana in the office, and especially Graham the maintenance man, have been courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
Nothing was a problem for Graham, he fixed most of the minor problems very quickly, and gave great advice.
