ordered a battery ,all seemed fine at outset .Received a e mail to review the service but still no battery .Have left numerous messages but no response .Did speak to someone who said she would call me back but has not .In view of other similar reviews would suggest avoid .

Placed order for a common to all suppliers, motorcycle battery and was fooled by the cheaper price and 2 year guarantee. 3 weeks on and no sign of the battery? Tracking number doesn't exist. Now I understand that the batteries are supplied from France, not a problem I would imagine before Brexit but now !! Really poor would never use again.

They had the cheek to ask me to write a review so a month on and still No Battery here it is.
Despite pointing out that I had not received my item they just mumbled something about supply chain.
I should have bought if Amazon for next day delivery. Never again.

tried phoning before ordering but constantly going to answerphone, it clearly stated when ordering that the battery i wanted was in the main warehouse and would be shipped the next day, little did i know that the local warehouse was in France.
contacted customer services and all they said was to refuse the delivery 12-15 days later and they would accept the battery, not really any help at all, wished id of spent the money and gone to Halfords.....

I chose to buy an iPhone battery from a France-based company called NX Batteries rather than the cheaper Chinese-import options available on Amazon, with the hope that the quality would be superior.

Sadly, the battery expanded and died after a year (despite my taking particularly good care of it) so I emailed AllBatteries. They apologised and dispatched a replacement immediately.

Very pleased with the customer service. I hope the replacement lasts a while longer than the first.

battery was one of the only places to get that type , , ony problem was that it took ages to get a day or time of delivery, but apart from that they were fine and i would use them again

Excellent service when needing to arrange supply very quickly of a battery they they did not have straight away in their own stock.

All Batteries, thanks you so much, you had in stock ( In France) the only batteries (AMP9023) that fits in my Micro Simplicity fire alarm panel, I'd been looking unsuccessfully for 8 month to buy 2 as they needed to be changed and if I couldn't get them, I would have either had to change the fire alarm panel for a bigger newer version, if available or put a battery box below which would have look horrible, Thanks for the help on the phone at your UK office and shipping them hassle free.... Great battery and great informed service. Icing on the cake is that the prices are very competitive and range is wide. If battery is not common and not in local UK warehouse delivery is a little longer but I found this to be reasonably acceptable and at good price.

took many different site searches to find the battery to match my old one. At last found this site. excellent service.

Great experience in general. Item was delivered within specified time. The only provider I could find who had required battery. My item was sent from Europe I believe by FedEx. It would have been great if the company provided the tracking number once the item was dispatched.

No issues. Battery was ordered and dispatched as described. Shipped from France but didn’t take long to get here.

ordered a small camera battery and matching charger online, came promptly, fits camera and seems to work fine. Reasonable price, so all good from my point of view. Battery life yet to be determined, but it's a gamble out there with even the best known brands

Exactly what was required. Arrived reasonably quickly in good condition and as described. Altogether a good service.

Ordered battery which they said was available from main warehouse and could be dispatched in 1 day, only to find its coming from France which may take 15 days
They do not make it clear at the time of ordering if its coming from France or UK warehouse, as the company is a UK registered company you would presume the "main warehouse" was in UK. Wrong its in France.

I ordered two batteries for two motorcycles as per their website. One of the batteries was the wrong one. I advised them and they blamed me saying I had ordered the wrong battery for one motorcycle and sent me a link accordingly. I sent them a screenshot of their website which showed that they were wrong. They said I had a late model version of the bike and that I had ordered an early version battery. I showed them that I had an early model and that there were no model changes anyway. They then said that they had many orders for the same bike and customers were happy with what they had sent. Basically they did everything they could to blame me for their error. I asked them to arrange the collection of the battery and to refund me. They said they had arranged for the battery to be collected and nobody turned up.

Batteries arrived from France in one box exactly as ordered.
One battery was for a Hilti SB10 cordless drill that must be 20 years old and is a exact replacement for the original battery, I now have two as I purchased the same one two years ago from Allbatteries, and it's still going strong.
