Slow delivery but worth the wait. Excellent value for money. Very pleased with purchase

Couldn’t have been worse, definitely avoid.
Slow/no delivery. (30+ days)
Excuses around build time that were not mentioned at point of sale or in KCI email, very poor customer service, missed call backs.
Refund in excess of 13 days and still outstanding.

Replacement battery for Dyson DC30. The battery arrived on time & was fitted with no problem & works well. I was kept informed of delivery & very happy with the service, would recommend with no hesitation.

I ordered a mobile phone battery very fine price was told. it had to come from France and it would. take three weeks it came in six days fited and solved the problem and I'm very pleased

Dreadful company. Packed a large car battery sized battery in just a thin cardboard box.
It arrived with the terminals damaged and a crack in the casing.
We only use this company if we can not source from anywhere else.
This is not the first time we have received damaged goods, out of date or unable to charge.
Particularly bad as we are ordering for repair of medical equipment.

Ordered a motorcycle battery which I could have bought with next day delivery from Tayna. It was very slightly cheaper from

As it turns out they ship their batteries from France so almost 3 weeks later the battery finally arrived!

I ordered two rechargeable battery packs for our walkie talkies as this company seems to be the only one that supplies them. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the packs would not charge up. I contacted customer services and they sent out another pack which arrived in the quoted time frame. All the batteries are working now.

I ordered a battery for an older Hitachi drill which I couldn't find anywhere else. Because I have bought batteries from them previously, I looked on their website and found a picture and description which matched, so placed the order, which arrived quickly and works perfectly!!

Supplied a battery for an old lawn mower, only place I could get one, well happy.

Highly recommend this company! I bought replacement batteries for my stairlift. The price was very good and delivery was super quick!! I won’t go anywhere else for the supply of my batteries! Great customer service too

Excellent Customer Service Team who are always on hand to answer the smallest of queries, great selection of batteries, my company now uses AllBatteries as our main battery supplier due to the variety and costs.

AllBatteries provide great service, they are really helpful and they sell good quality batteries.

Gel Motorbike battery arrived on time and as expected. Only time will tell how long it will last.

If I could give no stars I would when the battery did eventually turn up it didn’t fit cost me £11.85 postage to send back
I had to do all the chasing then get told it will be 7/10 days for refund

Leider muss auch ich davon berichten, daß All-Batteries keinen guten Ruf hinterläßt. Ich habe eine Batterie bestellt, die bei mir lose verpackt, ohne Transportschutz, ohne Markierung mit Hinweisen zum Inhalt (Batteriesäure-Symbol etc.) ankam - und als ich die Verpackung öffnete, kam mir eine lose eingelegte 18,2kg Marine-Batterie entgegen, Batteriesäure ausgelaufen, Batterie leer und gestaucht an einer Ecke, die Schutzfolie triefte an allen Ecken und Enden vor Säure, Loch im Hemd durch den ersten Spritzer beim Öffnen des Kartons. Anruf bei All-Batteries: keiner geht ans Telefon der 0800er Nummer. email: keine Reaktion. Kontaktformular: keine Reaktion. Ich habe nun über PayPal eine Rückerstattung beantragt. Geld haben sie ruck-zuck kassiert, eine vorherige Anfrage nach dem "15% Rabatt bei Newsletter-Anmeldung" haben sie binnen eines halben Tages beantwortet...! Finger wech von diesem Unternehmen. Bestellung auf eigenes Risiko.

Needed a battery for elderly family members stairlift, it was delivered very quickly , well packed and at a competitive price . Recommended company , would not hesitate to use again .

Cost of battery was excellent. Very quick delivery . Only fault was no contact prior to delivery that failed and item lay at post office for a week, before I was able to establish a failed delivery, with no card left .
