Trying to source a battery for my old HP laptop was a frustrating business and I wasted a lot of time and money, but AllBatteries solved the problem for me. The battery is well made and fitted without any difficulty. Battery life is better than expected. It has greatly extended the working life of the laptop.

Easy order, prompt delivery, say no more.

I cannot fault the service I received from AllBateries. The price was competitive with other suppliers, they arrived earlier than expected well packaged to prevent any damage in transit and the company has maintained comprehensive communications throughout the whole process. What more can you ask ?

I didn't expect that the battery would be shipped from France. It took a few weeks to arrive but had I known this at time of ordering, I probably would have given this a 5 star rating upon reviewing my experience. The battery works fine [Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner], and the instructions re battery care will be helpful going forward.

Battery is a perfect replacement for the Panasonic original - very well constructed and charged correctly. For a modest sum I have given a new lease of life to a trusted drill which no longer ran for more than a few minutes with the original batteries.

Order placed 12th of December 2023 sent two emails and one email On website when you login, no reply to any of these emails to find out where my order is just kept sending the off the invoice back to me. Tried calling no one there to answer the phone

It was easy to find the product I wanted on the website and the batteries were delivered without any problems.

Battery is absolutely fantastic but didn't realise it would be shipped from France as thought there pla e was in Solihull England so took a bit of time.but generally good

I have never in my life been delighted to see a battery before. It was my last ditch attempt before i would have to give in and fork out for a new phone. I am not great at this sort of thing but did manage to work out what i needed and AllBatteries just had everything and it was easy to find what i wanted. They kept me informed along the way. My only gripe was having to wait a while for delivery from France. I am impatient but it worked so thank you.

Ordered a battery for my Moto Guzzi restoration. Excellent value for money and battery is very good quality. It was sent from France which took a little longer.

Batteries came direct from France and were recieved in a good timescale.

I bought a replacement battery for a PDA I own. I was sceptical due to some of the reviews left but honestly the service was great. Product was exactly as described, affordable and works perfectly. Didn’t need to contact customer support at all and item was dispatched quickly. Really pleased with the item and service.

Good range to select from. Found what I was looking for without difficulty. Delivery a little longer than usual UK deliveries (as product was shipped from France). Delivered batteries appear good quality and have comprehensive data sheet (LiFePO4 battery type).

My first purchase from Allbatteries was okay, I got back in touch trying to source replacement batteries for Wicks power tools unfortunately no reply so can only assume they are not interested, shame as I thought I may of had a response even if it was to say they are not available.

Over 10 weeks to complete my order of 2 AAA batteries.
Very disappointing.
