Allsorter is probably the only example of an AI tool that I use that has made my work more complicated and less efficient. It has brought more frustration in to my job than any other changes in recruiting in recent years. It does not seem to be getting more intelligent with iterative use. It will consistently report inaccurate dates, mis-format information and change the order of time sequences. So frustrating!

I’ve been using AllSorter for resume formatting integration within JobAdder, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

The integration itself is seamless and has significantly streamlined our workflow. Resume formatting is consistent, professional, and incredibly easy to manage at scale. It has saved our team a substantial amount of time while ensuring every CV we send out reflects a high, uniform standard.

A special mention goes to Nazish Dogar, Customer Success Executive, who was outstanding throughout the process. She took the time to understand exactly how we wanted our formatting templates to look and worked closely with us to tweak every detail to match our preferred style. Nothing was too much trouble, and her responsiveness and attention to detail made a real difference.

It’s rare to find both a strong product and such dedicated customer support behind it. Highly recommend AllSorter to any recruitment business looking to elevate their resume presentation and improve efficiency within JobAdder.

I had a very poor experience with Allsorter’s customer support, which ultimately led me to cancel after being a customer for several years.

I experienced a business-critical issue and attempted to contact support via their support line. Despite this, I waited over four hours for a helpful response while resumes that needed to be sent to clients were backing up. In any recruitment business, this is not a minor inconvenience — it directly impacts revenue and client delivery.

After firing Allsorter and moving to an alternative provider (which, incidentally, is $100 per seat per month cheaper for the same product), I left a factual review outlining my experience. This was partly to vent, but also to warn other recruiters — something I believe is entirely reasonable for a paying customer.

I then offered to provide feedback directly to the CEO. Instead, I received a phone call from him that was confrontational from the outset, during which I was threatened with a retaliatory negative review of my own business. I found this response utterly disgusting. Not going to lie - I lost my temper.

I was also told that it was unreasonable to expect someone to answer a support line or to respond within a reasonable timeframe, even when the issue was business-critical as it was "only a 75 Euro per month service".

That perspective alone should give prospective customers pause.

I mean - think about that for a minute.

Speed to market it absolutely critical in this game. He basically said he didn't care. Do you want that guy in charge of your speed to market? I don't.

To any recruitment business — large or small — I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before entering into an agreement with this company. There are better, more professional alternatives in the market.

Great product and great customer support from Nazish & a super quick turnaround from Martin. I'd highly recommend Allsorter.

Great costumer service, fix problems really fast, AI works great and fast

Tameekah and Dan were fantastic to deal with, Excellent experience, after 5 mins with Tameekah the deal was done and Dan went over and above to ensure i had the product ready for use quicker than originally agreed as i had to use it immediately.
