We protected all the Windows infrastructure in our office with Protectimus MFA. It was easy to implement and performs its duties well. With clear documentation and a good price, I can only recommend this software.
We selected the Protectimus on-premise platform for two-factor authentication to ensure all user data remains within our own infrastructure, as cloud-based MFA services wouldn't meet this requirement. The on-premise solution has been working exceptionally well for us, and we are very satisfied with it.
I discovered the Protectimus 2FA solution as my first Roundcube 2FA plugin, and the installation process was a breeze. However, I needed guidance from their support to configure it properly. With two-factor authentication in place, our Roundcube webmail is now highly secure, and the solution performs effectively.
We log in to our accounting system using one-time passwords from the Protectimus software and two-factor authentication app . As an end user, I'm quite satisfied with the app because it offers cloud backup and an easy way to transfer tokens to a new phone. I successfully transferred all my tokens from other authenticators to this one.

We purchased Protectimus OTP tokens for Office 365. It became apparent that only programmable hardware tokens are compatible with Office 365, and fortunately, Protectimus offers such tokens. While the delivery took longer than anticipated, the purchase was successful, and we plan to continue ordering tokens from them.

I quite like the new Protectimus iOS 2FA authenticator with cloud backup. It makes things easier with features like token transfer to a new phone, backup, biometric security, and handy token organization using folders.
