The company helped me have the most amazing experience - thank you to Waqas and the team for a lovely service

Qasim Shahbaz was very attentive and always on hand to answer any questions that we had.

Very good overall customer satisfaction.

Requested a Umrah package brother Daniel did an amazing job updating me. Really went above and beyond to find me the best deal. Very professional and polite. If you book with this company ask for Mohammed Daniel.

Assalamualaikum, we came back from our Umrah yesterday and our experience with Al Muslim travel was very good. I would like to say Jazakhallah Khairan to brother Muhammad Awais for all your support to make our journey a memorable one. We were stress free while l was performing my first Umrah with my sister as brother Muhammad Awais reassured us and he did all the necessary for us.

He was being very professional and helpful with all our questions throughout our journey.

Great customer service and helpful attitude with finding the right package.

The worst company we have ever used for ummrah!! It started off by them being dodgy from the start. They would change the prices after agreeing something else. They wouldn’t send me proper hotel confirmation even though I would ask all the time but just send me some typed up voucher. However that was nothing compared to the disaster we had upon check in. We asked for 4 x room with 4 quad beds and upon check in we had 4 x rooms but with 2 beds only!!! How can 4 people share 2 beds. We paid for 4 beds but only given 2. The company acted as if they are doing something but they didn’t. They blamed the hotel but the hotel showed me the confirmation booking and the company had only booked twin rooms. The hotel isn’t 5 star standard that we paid for. Don’t bother booking with them it’s not worth the hassle. Ruined my ummrah experience

Good Services provided .Packages were tailor made to suite my needs .Good Support through out the trip by brother Asif .

Daniyal has been great helping me find a good package for umrah

I wasn’t sure about how to arrange Umrah and Daniyal was a massive help Alhamdulillah. I recommend communicating with him to get the best deals.

Daniyal offered a really fantastic tour package, working to keep it within my pricing range. He responded quickly, gave me the greatest services, and was really helpful. Excellent client service was provided. He learns which is the greatest hotel in Madinah and Makkah. Most reliable business is Almuslim Travel.

Mohammad awais was brilliant to talk to and listen and answer you in nice manner

A 100% goes out to brother Asif for his work from start to finish.

His dedication, patience and time his taken to put together an umrah package for me and my family has been a good experience. He prompt with his responses and knows what his doing.

Whilst we were there, brother Asif kept a check on us of our well-being.

Private Transport provided is of a good standard and drivers are friendly.

It would be beneficial for regular follow up communication between transport department in Saudi and the client, it will make the journey more smooth and at ease Will definitely book again with them.

My experience was really nice and the company is very helpful. I didn't have any problems throughout the journey.
Thanks 😊
