I have enjoyed staying with Alohause due to the convenient, centrally located apartments available and convenience of not having to search for roommates myself. I enjoy getting to meet people from all over as well. The apartment I am at has a doorman, which I find to be very helpful for receiving mail, packages, etc and amenity space which I enjoy. While many of the rooms are pretty small, I don’t mind this as long as there is enough common area (kitchen, living room), which my current apartment has.

Scam Company. Ilegally rented apartments, you get pressured for making a fast deposit…

⚠️ Scam warning — apartments are being rented illegally. I rented an apartment and two months later the police came and forced me to leave immediately. Aloha House was aware of the issues and stopped responding entirely.

East village apartment is in a decent location on Ave C and support is very responsive when we need anything!! Decent space inside the apartment

Alohause is amazing! I´m currently staying in NYC with them the room and apartment is 10/10. Support Team are really helpful and their time response is really quickly!

Alohause has been a fantastic choice for nyc living. I’m about to extend my lease as I am so pleased. The support team is extremely helpful and prompt, and the whole experience has been super streamlined so that my living space is the least of my worries.

I honestly think that Alouhouse offers the best options price-quality in Manhattan. Initially I was staying for 4 months and I decided to extend one more year as it has been so easy to book with them and communicate. They answer quickly and they help you out so much!! It is in convenient locations and fully furnished which makes your life easier .

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Alohause. Their communication is top-notch, and they were always quick to reply whenever I had a question. The apartment looked just like the photos on the website, which made the transition very easy. The check-in was seamless, and I really lucked out with the community in the house, my roommates have been fantastic. It’s been a great place to call home!

I love my experience with alohause, I continue to renew my lease. Rooms are worth it with locations and amenities. Everything is clean and safe and working in good condition in my apartment. Grateful for the option to have this sublet option in NYC and for the team at Alphonse for helping me out so much.

Very good location. Ample Space. Good roommates (depends on your luck ig). The staff were responsive and willing to coordinate time for repairs (most of the times). Trash was taken care of timely. No issue of hot water or electricity.
Definitely better than most NYC short term apartments.

I'm so glad I found the Alohuse apartment online through SpareRoom, per my nephew's recommendation. My daughter has accepted a 6-month Co-op in the Financial District, and she prefers to stay near Times Square for easy access to her NYU friend. The location is excellent and very safe day and night. The metro is only a 5-minute walk away. She met her roommates, and they are about her age and get along very well. You can get everything you need from Target, which is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

Renting from Alohause was a wonderful experience! They made the process so easy to secure housing for my daughter’s fall semester at college. The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The apartment had everything you could need. Her roommates were fantastic and the neighborhood was great! I would highly recommend renting from Alohause for your stay in New York!

It was so lovely staying with Alohause they were very attentive and took care of anything that was a concern. It was very clean and cozy and I felt very comfortable staying there and during my stay I made great friends whom were my roommates! I would definitely book a stay with them again! I would highly recommend renting with Alohause if you are staying in NYC!

They quickly understood what I was looking for and helped me secure a great apartment in the East Village that perfectly fit my needs; the apartment is well-kept, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the places I wanted to be. I have been living at Alohause for the past 3 months and i am extending my stay to a year now because i have had a great experience living here, great location in the heart of times square, great sized room with incredible rooms especially for the price it is a definite steal! when i had a problem, maintenance was fast to respond and offered different options to help. The area is safe and fast paced and the facilities that the house offers are incredible, such as a gym, laundry facilities, a roof and a balcony and vending machines. You also live on top of the M&M store, what better location than this! Highly recommend it!!
