Alphaglobalpackaging Reviews

Very pleased with the outcome of our boxes. Would certainly use them again.

Worked with Frank Wilson on a rush job for magnetic close boxes that will be used for gift box sets of a book release. They are exactly what I was hoping for, and everyone who has received one has been impressed! The proof adjustment process went surprisingly well, and the shipment arrived 2 days before they were needed. Thank you, Frank!

They were able to rush for a job I needed quick. They were very responsive to my needs. A few small criticisms however, The alignment of my graphics bled over into the other side of the box and it would have been nice if they had fixed that for me. There was also a small grammatical typo, which is my fault but it would have been nice for them to catch that and ask me. Lastly, They shipped this package to us over here at a business and they tried to deliver the package on my deadline date way outside any normal business hours, which made me dangerously close to my final deadline. All of these things could have been prevented by me, but I guess I just hoped they would have foreseen these things and interjected in my favor. The quality of the boxes overall are fantastic and I was so happy to get everything on time.

I worked with Sam Jordan on some magnetic boxes for the closing firm I work for. Sam was great with communication and updates. He even sent proofs of the design and showed me an example box that had been completed to see what we thought before going into mass production. The boxes are high quality and look amazing. We will never use another packaging company again.

Edward Maslow was a great sales person to work with to ensure the team met our exact needs. We ordered custom sized parchment papers for a Cannabis project we have been working on. The response time is superb, Edward never failed to check-in with me and showed me various options of what we expected our final product to be. Showed me videos and gave great expert opinion. We absolutely loved our end product and will for sure, be ordering our next order with Alpha Global Packaging.

Excellent, truly no words to describe the AAA service Sam Jordan provided me. Went above and beyond for all my needs.

When I do business with a company, I hold them to a simple standard: they need to excel at what they do, meet deadlines, and be people I actually enjoy working with. Sam at Alpha Global Packaging didn’t just meet two out of three, he knocked all three out of the park.

The custom display box was absolutely stunning. The quality was top-notch, with smooth, beautiful edges and a sturdy design that looked incredibly professional. I also ordered stickers and tissue paper, and everything was perfect down to the last detail.

Sam’s knowledge and communication was in a league of its own. From the moment I finalized my order, things moved immediately. He was responsive, proactive, and never left me wondering. Honestly, I wish every company I work with had a Sam.

When a shipping issue came up, the way this company handled it was beyond impressive. Rather than leaving me in limbo, Sam kept me updated every step of the way, and when the shipper couldn’t provide answers, he had everything reprinted and expedited without hesitation. It arrived quickly and was packaged so well it could withstand an apocalypse!

Alpha Global Packaging genuinely wants lifelong customers, and they’ve earned one in me. My business is just getting started, and I’m so grateful to have a company like this helping me shine on store shelves.

Alpha Global Packaging was helpful in printing four custom boxes for us. Sometimes I felt I as a customer I didn't have the floor to speak fully and be completely heard with my requests or issues, but in the end the quality of the product was good.
