Alphaglobalpackaging Reviews

Nancy is a star! I work in very fast-paced events with restrictive turnaround times and she has made my life much easier with extremely fast responses, templates, and proofs. I'm already a return customer and will be back!

They really put in solid effort to make sure my specific products came out the way I wanted. They did some tweaks to my design free of charge to do so even. Solid company!

I am SO happy with my product! I placed an order for a sample perfume box (100 of them) and they are tiny. I sent my branding and what I wanted on the front. Nancy was amazing. She was so patient with me as I described my particulars. I just received my package and I'm over the moon at how incredible they turned out! Exactly what I wanted. Pretty quick turnaround time and phenomenal work. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

We had a great experience working with Alpha Global Packaging from start to finish. Sam was incredibly easy to deal with throughout the entire process—clear communication, quick responses, and very helpful in guiding the creation and setup.

The final product turned out excellent. The print quality and overall finish looked really sharp and professional, exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive compared to other options we explored.

Everything was also delivered in a short timeframe, which will make a big difference for our launch. Overall, a smooth, efficient experience and we’d definitely work with them again.

Excellent experience overall. Nancy understood what I was looking for right off the bat and the results were great! Very happy.

To whom it may concern: I messaged your company late on a Sunday evening. I was not expecting anyone to reply. Pleasantly, I was delighted to have a conversation with Nancy Johns. Nancy chatted with me and followed up the very next day. She understood what I was looking for, a custom box for my product. We got to work with a design and a box. The template came today, perfectly packaged and delivered. It’s absolutely perfect. My vision came to fruition through Nancy. I could not be more happy. Thank you so much for a great experience! I look forward to placing my orders.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The team absolutely nailed my custom display boxes — from the design to the quality, everything exceeded expectations. Communication was fast, professional, and friendly throughout the process. The final product looks premium, arrived on time, and perfectly represents my brand. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both top-notch craftsmanship and customer service like this. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality packaging or display solutions. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We were looking for a company that could help us with PDQs for a big project, but we were on a tight timeline and budget. Nancy from Alpha got back to us right away and was so eager to help bring our vision to life. After just a few emails, she and her team got started, and the PDQs were done even faster than we expected—and they looked amazing! Our whole team was so excited when they arrived, and we can’t wait to see them in stores. Nancy and the entire Alpha team were so professional and easy to work with that we’re already teaming up with them again!
