Love the grill! One of the burners and the regulator stopped working. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, shipped the replacement parts and now it’s good as new! Highly recommend this grill and company.

Our table and 8 chairs arrived promptly, in great condition, but one of the chairs was wonky after assembly. I contacted Alpha Mart and they were rapid in replying. Although they offered to send me replacement parts, they also sent a simple video showing how to simply flex the chair over a 2x4 to straighten it. Simple, but effective! Problem solved.

The after purchase service I received when I had questions was GREAT! I had emails from three different people and all were very polite, respectful, and informative. (which was probably hard for them to do with the silly questions I was asking and not understanding what I was being told to do!) The product, a 15' patio umbrella, and is a good product. There are only 2 draw backs: 1) the light button is NOT where it is shown in the instructions, it is at the end of the middle spine of the umbrella, 2) how hard it is to turn the handle to raise the umbrella. I'll be calling Customer Service again asking about using Slip-It or WD40 to see if I can make it work better w/o voiding any warranty. The 149# weight limit of sand needs to be increased to 199#. I have my umbrella up on a 2nd story deck in direct sun (when closed I do have a cover over it) and when open it is sturdy. When it gets breezy the umbrella will twist and turn and creak and groan but it holds pretty steady umbrella wise. I have it right behind my love seat and it gives me good shade for 1 chair and the love seat. If I had it in front of the love seat it would give good shade for 2 chairs, a small coffee table, and the love seat.

We had a minor problem with our fire pit but they rectified the problem immediately. Customer service is excellent! They respond to emails very quickly and keep you updated along the way. Very rare these days. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I order the 4 piece wicker outdoor furniture with firepit, and had a couple issues with two different pieces and both were resolved quickly.

First issue I had was the sofa leg had a piece of the wicker that was "cut" so, I was sent a new sofa leg.

Second issue I had was with the fire pit. The hole were the legs connect seems to be stripped, so the bolts just kept spinning. At first I asked for a new screw kit, which was sent.

When I recieved the screw kit, the same results were yielded. I requested a new fire pit top, and ther said they would send a whole new fire pit, which came within a couple days (just in time for Labor Day BBQ).

I wrote that our umbrella broke and within 24 hours we had a reply. The replies were constant until we received the replacement within a week. This was the easiest system I have ever used to work with a manufacturer.

I bought 2 chairs through Amazon. One came without the cup holder. I emailed the company and they responded right away and corrected it in a better than timely fashion! It was a pleasant business experience and I look forward to purchasing more and telling my friends.

Company Contact was available on the weekend , took the issue and was responsible to resolution.

We had a little hiccup with the wrong color being shipped. But this company took care of everything for me. They were very pleasant to work with. Customer service skills were top notch. Thank you so much.

Do not order from these people. Their customer service is horrible! Ensure you understand the process if you have an issue with the order, as there is no phone number to call, and they will not call you back upon request. Additionally, they will not refund your money if there is a problem with the order. Please note that you can also order these same products from another vendor.

Honestly great quality furniture for the price. Exceeded our expectations. What really surprised us was the quality of the pillow covers. Super thick and durable. Most stuff is so cheap nowadays . I also had a question about assembly and they responded immediately via email on a weekend. Thanks guys!

We purchased 2 sets of swivel patio chairs (4 chairs in total) on Wayfair.ca in March (2025). They were not cheap. The cushion covers did not come packaged with the chairs but on the packaging it actually stated that if they weren't in the box, to be patient and wait for a separate package. We waited a long time and nothing came.

When I wrote the initial review, I was very unhappy with Wayfair and Alphamarts. After going back and forth with them, because there was a system error on Wayfair's site, Alphamarts in the end provided good customer service and sent the cushion covers free of charge to Wayfair, and Wayfair in turn forwarded them to us since we're in Canada. We just received our covers (June 30, 2025) about an hour ago and they work well on our chairs. My faith was restored in both companies thanks to the service I received. I'm no longer "DisgustedWithAlphamarts" but I can't change my alias. :-)

Alphamart responded to two questions I had regarding the pre lit patio umbrella with tilt feature. Solved my problem! Great umbrella! To tilt the umbrella you fully open it then continue to ‘open’ it. The extra couple of turns tilts the canopy! The solar disc attaches and plugs in to center of the umbrella. It charges in the sunlight but it does on automatically turn on in the dark…there is a ‘light’ switch at the end of one of the ribs. Perfect! No wasting the charge when not in use. It also has 3vented tiers so will withstand a bit of wind. Very happy with the product and the service!!

We purchased 2 patio chairs via Amazon. Although one arrived with a duplicate part, customer service in addressing the issue was wonderful, convenient, and timely.

Thank you to the team at Alphamarts for their great service. We ordered a table from Amazon and it was damaged a bit in shipping. After providing the proof of purchase and photos of the damage Alphamarts replaced the item in a timely manner. The table is what we were looking for and fits our needs exactly. We would order from them again.

This company sent us a new table to replace the one that arrived damaged. The language barrier made communication a bit challenging to know what was happening.

Customer service was contacted for additional hardware and we received it promptly, finished assembling our patio chairs, and enjoyed them with coffee on our deck last evening! Love the chairs.

the product purchased from home depot is well made and looks great. May take some time to put together especially the chairs. Suggest having an extra hand for some things. You may have tools that makes putting them together easier.

I purchase an outdoor umbrella from Home Depot. and had a problem with months later. Notified Home Depot and they stated that I needed to contact the manufactured company. I contacted the company through E-Mail. Yvonne was very instrumental with helping me resolve the issue after sending in pictures of the item purchased. She kept me informed from the beginning to the end of this process and I appreciate her professional customer service skill's. I would also like to thank team members Anna, Marian, and Tiffany for helping resolve the issue with the umbrella. You all did an absolutely wonderful job by keeping me informed and no hassle. I received my shipment within four weeks of this entire process. Again, thank you for your professional kindness and I will buy products from your company in the future and refer friends and others to buy your products.
