Contact my wife . we would only like the 12 pieces that we were short .

Defective product the resolution was to send a voucher to use on the site for $80 which was not the request to send a replacement door

Not fix the issue which was replace the defective door

Also the amount offered would not cover the cost of items on the site

All I wanted was a door not them telling me that I did something wrong
I wanted to keep the cabinet

Had an issue with a cushion and it was handled quickly and to my satisfaction!

We purchased outdoor patio furniture from Home Depot. It came nicely packaged & easy to put together. It did take some time for all 6 pieces. After completion, we noticed 2 minor flaws - one with the fraying on a cushion cover & one with a piece of the rattan. Alphamarts immediately replaced them both. Customer service was great. Now I have a patio with beautiful furniture & a fire pit table.

I had an issue immediately on a 10 x 10 Phi Villa canopy purchased on Amazon. They quickly sent me the part. No hassles! 4 months later I had another problem with a leg bending. Although language was an issue, I thought it was AI myself, they quickly sent a replacement canopy. I have nothing bad to say of the company, but the Phi Villa canopy could be better constructed.

We purchased a patio dining set to more or less match what we have had for over twenty years, and it arrived faster than expected.

Everything was nicely packed, but we had an issue with one of the seats. The weaving material was cut, and the part had been packed and shipped.

Alpha Mart was emailed, and we received a response very quickly, except that the response for us to glue the part was not acceptable.

We emailed back, and a seat replacement was shipped.

The part was received within five business days.

The set is well put together and easy to assemble. We would purchase from the outfit again because of the excellent customer service.

The sofas came packaged beautifully with the exception of receiving 2 back cushions. I contacted the company and they ordered cushions and gave me shipping and tracking information. They followed up everyday to let me know the status. Customer service was wonderful.

I will say it does take time to assemble. But worth the effort.

In March 2025, we purchased a 6-piece patio dining set. The chairs and table arrived within a week, but two weeks later, we had yet to receive the umbrella, which, according to the tracking number, had been sent. I contacted Alphamarts, and within days, the umbrella was delivered. Great customer service.
We are quite pleased with the sturdy, comfortable, and attractive patio set.

I ordered a patio furniture set that included a propane gas fire pit along with a set of four chairs. The product overall was exactly what we wanted for our backyard patio. The chairs are sturdy but comfortable. The gas fire pit is nicely designed, attractive, and sturdy as well. All of the furniture needed to be assembled but the task was fairly easy and when completed no one could tell that it was an assembled system. However, the gas fire pit burner would not ignite. After contacting customer service they sent me instructions to aid in diagnosing the problem. After completing the diagnostics it was determined the gas regulator was defective, so Alpha Mart sent me a replacement part which was easy to install. The company receives high marks for their responsiveness. My only beef is that it took two weeks from the time the furniture arrived until we had a working fire pit. Alpha Mart should do a better job testing their system before shipping them to customers. Nevertheless, overall we are satisfied.

I ordered a five-piece set and one of the seats was messed up. On March 26, 2025, they said a replacement seat was being sent. I still have not received it or any tracking information and it's April 15, 2025.

We are very happy with our patio chairs; so much so that we ordered 2 more. One of the chairs had a broken "foot" but it was quickly mailed to us and easy to insert. Chairs are well made, great color and very comfortable. The whole process was smooth and easy

This year the snow smashed the roof of the carport. Alphamarts was very generous to help me out with replacement parts free of charge. I will install some extra support for the roof to avoid from the same problem next year.

I bought 6 out door chairs , had some issues.
Emailed to Alpha Marts company , Ms. Yvonne took care of my problems and suggested me , I followed her suggestion and problem has solved very easily. My experience is awesome

We had ordered a patio set. Two of the chairs came with wrong parts. Customer service was very helpful on solving the issue. The send us two replacement chairs without any hassle. Very satisfied with this company and their support. Also the patio set is very good quality and looks amazing on our back patio

All the parts were of high quality. Although one part was missing, they were quick to help and send the missing part. I would use again!

Initial delivery was missing instructions and hardware for table assembly. After contacting support they sent me the missing hardware and were quick and helpful.

My new pop up canopy from
Alpha Mart arrived without a couple parts. I contacted the customer service and they responded within 12 hours. Within 5 days day the replacenent parts arrived from China.
I am very pleased on response and response time
