These people do an excellent job. Fast courteous and effective service. They respond within a day to all requests and send supplies quickly even to my remote address in a US territory. All for a fair price. Good job guys!

I've been a customer for about two years now, and even from the very beginning, they treated me like a valued customer. After two years, they treat me more like family. I've gotten to know each of the providers there very well. Every time I have a consult with one of them, they take their time, even going beyond the scheduled consult time on occasion, to make sure that they completely understand what it is that I need and that I completely understand what they think the solutions are. Working together like that over this length of time has greatly improved my health and given me confidence at 52 years old that I didn't know I would have.

Simple defined process! Switching was one telemedicine call and 2 minutes uploading required forms. The telemedicine provider patiently reviewed my treatment history and goals. No nonsense explanation of overall program and timelines. Total time invested about half an hour. After subscribing, my treatment plan was finalized that day. I had my medicine in hand 3 days after my appointment. Switching was far easier than I expected.

I’ve been on (TRT) for a while now, and the difference it’s made in how I feel day to day has honestly been significant.

Before starting TRT, I was constantly tired, mentally foggy, and just didn’t feel like myself. I’ve been with AlphaMD for a year, what stood out right away was my provider. His knowledge, experience, and ability to field questions and explain everything.
Any time I’ve needed ANYTHING the turn around for contact and support has been minimal. This includes making an appointment with my provider, questions about medication and/or supplies, or documentation required for my military service. I’ve always felt well looked after and supported.
