Absolutely fantastic company to deal with professionally. As an insurance broker, we use ALPS and I can't praise them enough.
On Sunday, I had my first real experience after my car decided it was time to be poorly!
I called customer services, told them my issue... I spoke to Sasha who was very polite and courteous and helpful. She arranged a technician and he was with me with 25 minutes!
Got my engine up and running again and advised me the issue.
Super efficient ... Well done team!!
