Pay extra for a fortnight replacement…

Pay extra for a fortnight replacement van only to not get one as the insurance claim issue wasn't an RTA. Doesn't matter to my company why we have a van of the road with a legitimate insurance claim. Small print technicality BS.

Professional deceivers

Absolutely ineffective, devious company. They had to sort out a RTA claim. Over 2 years they they applied a procrastinating strategy. Taking three weeks to reply to an email is the norm. It took 18 months just to get a simple medical report. After months and 80 emails exchanges I am giving up the claim ( along with the £1000 I was expecting ). Their strategy works- " procrastinate until the claimant gets fed up and leaves "
This is not to say that they are dim. They are probably providing excellent service for the car insurance companies ( and against the claimants) - a nerve-racking strategy

extremely helpful

extremely helpful, always have so many questions for handlers on various cases and nothing is a problem for them. also i never left holding or anything like that, my calls are always answered so quickly.

Motor vehicle claim

It was an arduous task but based upon the legal side rather than anything Alps did. Once that was resolved payment confirmation was received extremely quickly. Given insurance premiums etc, would definitely use this route again.

Very helpful

We called today and Nick was the one who answered the phone and given us the information that we needed for our claim. He did what he says to contact the hire agent to be able to assist us with our enquiries. He sent us the summary of our conversation which is very helpful. Very happy with his service.

Not a bad word to say

I have used ALPS for years. Their products are handy and easy to process online. The team behind the scenes are always available and eager to help. I am sure I'll be using them for years to come.
