ALPS Ltd are illegally witholding a £75 payment

On Thursday, 4th September ALPS finally agreed to honour my claim for £75
However, I still have not been paid.
ALPS have my bank account details and a transfer would take seconds.
Tomorrow, 10th September I intend to lodge a complaint with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) who authorise and regulate ALPS Ltd

Helpful and courteous

I had a motorcycle accident and ALPS have been dealing with it for several months. The delay was partly due to my work, sometimes I couldn’t reply for weeks. Also, the other party, despite accepting responsibility, did not want to offer compensation for the incident. ALPS have been patiently waiting for my replies and eventually I was offered a compensation. I have been corresponding with several contacts, Chloe, Kara, Rebecca , and probably others who have all been very helpful.
