This company is a total FRAUD. I tried to use their services and pay €1.99 for a seven-day package. They declined my payment and even confirmed by email that the transaction had failed. But then, ironically, they later withdrew the €1.90 from my account anyway. After that, they activated automatic renewal without my consent and charged me for 2 more months of unauthorized charges — more than €70.

The worst part is that EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED PER EMAIL, yet they still refuse to stop the auto-renewal. And even worse: when I log into my account, it shows no active subscription, meaning I cannot even cancel or remove my bank data. They have refused to confirm the deletion of my payment details, which is a direct violation of GDPR.

Completely dishonest and dangerous company. I have escalated this case to EU Consumer Protection authorities and my bank. Avoid them at all costs.

Ho pagato un servizio 1 euro e mi hanno addebitato la settimana successiva 30 euro. Ho provato a contattarli per ricevere il rimborso ma mi hanno risposto che non si può.

Questa è una truffa bella e buona. Credo che mi muoverò legalmente non per i 30 euro che per fortuna non è ho bisogno ma per far chiudere questa attività fraudolenta.

The biggest scam, be careful using this company as they will charge you even if you don't subscribe. Don't write your card details.

The service is awful and they use clear AI wording that is too over the top for your covering letter.

Click this and then click account.

From here you can cancel your subscription BUT you need to ensure you follow it through to end, as they’ll offer a discounted rate on next screen and need to confirm again cancelling it. This is how people get tripped up with continuing to be charged/not getting an email.

Be very very careful you may think you are just paying for a trial period. They then can take around £29.90 a month i have never used it since the trial but have been paying since May 2024 till now. They so far will not refund what you have paid. The customer service is non existent apart from a poor email request. Will never use again!!!

They offer a PDF version for €0.90, only to charge €34.99 a week later and trying to do so every month after that - SCAM

Firstly, they take payment under the name cvottimo - make sure you look out for that on your bank statements. For ages, I could not even identify where the transaction was coming from because I couldn't link the two together. I used this service once for 79p and they keep taking payment of £29.90!! I have changed my cards, reported them to my bank and they still somehow manage to attempt to take my money. I emailed them asking to cancel my subscription because good luck finding the cancellation button on their website.
These are a bunch of con artists. I wish I had checked reviews before I ever game them my bank details. THIEVES!!

I utilized this website solely to download a single cover letter for £0.90 (which I never used as was very poorly drafted). Six days later, I was charged £34.99 for a monthly subscription. The subscription page is quite misleading and deceptive. I requested a full refund and cancellation of the subscription, but they refused to accommodate my request. I advise only using this website if you are willing to waste your money; otherwise, I strongly recommend AVOIDING THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!..

I asked for subscription cancellation by email (due a bug system i was not able to manage it by my account). The AltResume support replied to me by email that the subscription was successfully inactivated. After two months I continue to pay 35 euro/ month and I asked for reimbursement!!!!

This website/company are a disgrace, nothing more than a bunch of thieves. Stear clear, they don't even abide by there own terms of carriage.
No quibble refund they say, funny that i cancelled within 6 days they had already taken the money and now suddenly don't understand English or at least they conveniently don't.

Awful, continue to take money from my account after cancelling subscription.
Most recent being from a different company name but same contract details.
I have bank statements to prove the money has been taken,and the fraud team at the bank have taken up the case.

this is the WORST website I have ever stumbled across. Despite only having made a month subscription , a significant sum of money was taken out of my bank account each month for four months. They kept charging me even after I cancelled my subscription, which was only supposed to expire over a month.

Scammers!!!! Do not use. Thought I was paying a1 off fee. The link to cancel is not on the website. When I emailed they said it was. Tried to get back on the website but it was then in another language. Despite asking my bank to stop the payments, they were taken again. I changed my card number with the bank after this payment and I have now had another payment taken and i have not even been back on their website.
