The price displayed was £1.90. But when I looked back at my bank account it was £29.90 which I did not expect and as a student it is a lot of money. I unsubscribed immediately and wrote few emails straight away. Maybe its bank or maybe they just refunded me but money came back within 30 mins after subscription. Looking at other comment I believe I am just lucky. Now gonna check every website before purchasing anything.

SCAM! AVOID! - I paid for the 7 day trial only to then realise it was a subscription service after that which is in very small print. Immediately went to cancel this and unlike others I was able to find the cancel option on the account… however when I clicked to cancel it asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of my bank card! I knew this was very odd but in my eagerness to cancel put it in anyway. Within the hour, I had texts and calls claiming to be my bank quoting my last 4 digits of card that I had stupidly gave them. Luckily I realise right away it was a scam but even after cancelling on their site, they still took the subscription payment from me after 7 days… thankfully I was able to claim this back via the bank.

0 stars. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.
I signed up for the 7 day subscription and they took $29.99 from my account without my consent. There is no option to cancel my subscription even though it says you can do so at any time. I have contacted my bank to flag it as a fraudulent payment and have contacted the company but have had no response.

SCAM, charging £29.99 monthly as everyone comments and it's impossible to find your account details and options to cancel,

I am still waiting for a refund for a monthly charge that I did not subscribe too. I paid a fee for a week subscription, which they took as well as a monthly fee of £29.90 on the 7th April. After numerous emails, and a confirmation that my subscription was cancelled (impossible to find on the website) and that I will get a refund (within 10 working days according to their customer support) I am still waiting today 12th May.

SCAM, charging £29.99 after 7 days and cancellation process is not obvious, this should be reported

FRAUD! THIEVES! NEVER EVER TRY THIS WEBSITE. I have signed up for the trial of $1.99 and they deducted me with a package amount of $29.99. I have sent an email right away and they said it was pre authorization (which i never agreed to). They replied to my email saying they already cancelled the subscription and returning the money within 3-5BD. Nothing happened until they’ve deducted again after a month and again another month. Til date there are two deductions that are still pending.

Utter scam - read the numerous reviews on here and don’t give them any details. The 7 day trail automatically subscribes you to a repeating payment that’s not obvious to cancel.

Shame as it could have been a good service but it’s let down by unscrupulous payment scam.

They charged me $29.69 and haven't refunded me. It has been four days.I haven't received any response from their support.

GIving 1 star as I can't give lower. This appears to be a scam. I tried to make a card payment for £0.90 and they tried to take £29.90. Then I spend all day trying to sort out a fraud complaint with the Bank. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

UPDATE: Have reported them to the FCA

Just like other reviews have been scammed.
They keep charging me and I keep demanding for subscription to be deleted as I habe never wanted it.
How they get away with this is a mystery.
DO NOT USE.
Also the doc produced has spelling errors and once downloaded cannot be modified.
Look elsewhere.

Shame one could not give a 0 star review. The product offered is acceptable however their financial clarity is illegal. On their website they mention a 7 day trial for an amount if £0.99 or £1.90. A subscription amount of £29.99 will be charged after 7 days if not cancelled. The "pre-authorised" that amounT causing serious stress to me as a person and the inability to buy food for my familiy. STAY AWAY! If this matter is not sorted asap I will go to small claims court.

I purchased the 7 day £1.90 plan, only for them to charge me £29.90 a few days later. I emailed them to question, and they confirmed that they cancelled the subscription, and I will receive a refund. I am still waiting for this to be refunded, and this was in March.

Yesterday, they took another £29.90 out of my bank, and today they have taken FOUR more payments of £29.90. This comes to a total of nearly £180 that they have stolen from me.

I believe they would have emptied my bank account if my bank hadn't finally put a block on them - completely disgusting.

I have a tip for anyone who has been affected by the £29.90 scam , when you made your purchase you should have been sent an email with a temporary password, you will need to log on to your account and then find a “account “ option then click on “my overview” then you will see an option to cancel subscription , follow the steps carefully and it will reverse the £29.90 automatically.

Fraudulent charges made on my card upon subscription. I chose the 0.78$ plan but i was charged that as well as the full 30$ back to back on my card without so much as an otp confirmation. I was also sent an invoice with only the 0.78$ charge

It is a big scam !!! They charge me for 29Euros and I didn't even subscribe ! DO NOT USE IT

Scam, no option to cancel anywhere.

I cancelled my account through the button online, only to be told that this is not the correct way to cancel, and I would still be liable for the £29.90 charge for the first month. I received confirmation in an email that my account was cancelled during this process. I have continued to be charged by the company, they have attempted to take 6 payments of £29.90 out of my account since yesterday, and so far have refunded two of these, but continue to charge my account. I have had to move all my money to a separate account where they cannot access it. This company is an absolute scam, do not use them.

Edit: 8 attempted charges now, no resolution from the company

I used altresume and was really excited about it but the same think happened to me as with other reviewers, , I wanted to pay only 90p for the 7 day classic and they tried taking £29.90 out of my bank account at once! Please be careful of this company, it's not safe.
