I made a 7 days subscription which cost 0.9$, but they charged my credit card by ADDITIONAL 29.9$.

I paid 90p for 7 days from then on the company have scammed me for £151 which they’re refusing to give back. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

I CANCLLED WITH THEM, THEY ARE TOLD SCAMS! I HOPE DONT PAY IT AGAIN'

this site is a scam honestly.i had the worst experience here.i made a trial subscription of 1 week which was charged less than $2 ,i couldn't fine what i needed so i unsubscribed immediately but i received a debit alert of an extra $29.90 with another $29.90 marked as pending transaction. i got in touch with them and they told me maximum 10 days my refund will be send and after 15 days the other pending transaction matured and was debited since then i have been trying to get hold of them to no avail.
This is pure scaming i urge everyone to be careful

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TRICK YOU AND SAY YOU PAY £1.90 FOR A WEEK TRIAL BUT WHEN YOU PAY THEY WILL TRY AND TAKE £29. DISGUSTING AND THANKFULLY I DONT KEEP MONEY ON MY CARD BUT I USE OTHER BANKING METHODS. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I paid for a one off and have been charged a subscription. Nowhere did I see this. I immediately asked for a refund and although that was at the beginning of the month and within the 7 days I have still not received the refund from them. I have taken it up with my bank and asked again. Not holding out much hope so PLEASE do not use these people at all costs.!

I chose the 7 day option when paying for my cover letter- stated that it was just 0.90p. There was no option for the £29.90 that my bank was then charged, the highest one was £7.49 a month and no T&C's or small print was available to see. Though this is not acceptable, once I had emailed them requesting a refund, I was refunded within just a couple of hours.

I've authorized a payment of £0.90 for a 7 days trial and guess what? They charged me £29.90 for one month subscription without me to confirm that.

The 'Cancel subscription' button form their website it's not working.
I was forced o change my card in order to stop making them taking money from my bank account .

Absolute scammers, pay for a 7 day trial and take another £29.90 instantly without consent, well i aint having that, cancelled my card and opened a dispute with bank as i didnt authorise, contacted company and they said cancel, you click on cancel and doesnothing what good is that.

On trying to cancel they purposefully move buttons around to trick you to think you have cancelled.

It's a Scam guys I feel like crying it keeps taking my money and I don't even know how to cancel it
It isn't even found in the subscription in my bank account.
I've told my bank and they only told me that I should contact them and that they'd only block the subscription for 13 months
What to do?

Very big scammer please don’t insert your card details at any point they will overcharge you all the time, instead of 0.99£ they will charge 29.99£ after 7 days they charge again even if you want to cancel subscription they will charge you again 29.99£ please don’t use this website at any cost.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would do it. Don’t trust this site. They debited automatically from my account 29.9£ plus 1.9£. I wanted transfer only 1.9£ to get my cover letter, but happened what happened. Now these amounts are in pending, but I definitely will contact with bank to clarify this situation and to request all money back.

One big scam. Sign up for 0.90 trial, next day you are charged an extra 29.90.
Trying to cancel online is impossible they swap buttons around so cancel means cancel but then at the next step cancel means cancel your cancellation!
When you finally work out which button to use at each and every step the final cancel button does not work !
Cancel through your bank and refer them to their online reviews.
