Absolute scam. FRAUD attempted.

Don't touch this site.
I am currently thankful to TSB for blocking my payment to them. I went to sign up for one covering letter priced at £1.90. Two payments of £29.00 were attempted to be taken from my account!
This is FRAUD.
If your bank doesn't block them, look for wgreatcv on your bank statement.

There should be ability to give negative stars.

COMPLETE SCAM! You get to subscribe for a 7-Day Classic which is supposed to cost you 0.90 and yet they charge you 29 USD without notifying you. On top of that, you cannot download the CV you created.
Had to get my credit card blocked to prevent them from charging me more. So, avoid them at all costs!

This is a complete scam web-site. They advertise their 7 days classic subscription price as 0,90£ but they charge you additional 29£ when you subscribe. There are no e-mail address, phone numbers or any response from their side. So please stay away from this page. Even their company name is a scam!!

I got scammed from them. I wrote them an email to explain that I could't cancel my membership because on the website appeared error. They said I had to pay for the term & conditions. I contacted my bank and I said them what happened and I will receive a form to fill in in the next few days. I blocked my debit card and ordered a new one. I received from my bank all the payment took from Alt resume. You have to do the same to stop them to get money from people without advise them.

I got scammed here today with altresume. Just went forward with a 7days trail with 0.90£, then suddenly got deducted 29.90£ a a shot. Transaction showed pending but it my 29.9p got debited same time. Terrible feeling 😭😭 can anyone kindly help me out getting back my money from this scammer. Will be really greatful. Please 🙏🙏

The same experience as anybody else. I didn't read the experience on the Trust pilot, and have signed for one week trial for £1.90. They took £21 on the very same day.

I have asked questions about their services. Never got a useful answer.
I would recommend avoiding this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before using this website. This company is an absolute SCAM taking advantage of people who are clearly trying to better their lives. I have tried everything to get a response from these scammers after the have taken over £60 from my bank out. I wish I had cancelled with my bank right away instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt and expecting them to give me a refund. I opted for the one of payment of 90p and this has somehow turned into £60.70. They put me onto a subscription I DID NOT sign up too. I cannot reiterate that enough. DO NOT give this company any of your details. I will never get a refund nor will I get a response. I hope I can at least help as many people as possible from making the same mistake as I did in using this website.

Horrible service!
I was switching between formats of CV and then generated a CV version. After downloading it and opening it in PDF some of the information (languages) just fell off.
The refund policy is confusing, the company is absolutely not customer-oriented. You try to cancel the subscription after the trial period, press "cancel" button and nothings happens, no confirmation about the cancellation. Moreover they promise a 7-day refund policy, but in fact they refuse to do so saying that refund policy is applied only during the trial period, which is ridiculous for a subscription type online tool. Definitely not recommended. You'll simply loose money and will have an awful experience!

This is a scam. They will charge you £29 the same second you purchase a 7-day trial (£1.90). They are also impossible to get in touch with, and they will keep activating your subscription even though you cancel it. Please protect yourself and your money and stay away from this company.

Similar story as everyone signed up for 90p subscription, but they deducted £29 which I didn't even opt for. Trying to reach out to them for a refund but after all the reviews I have read I don't think so a refund will be issued. So disappointed!

As other people have said, this company tried to take £29.90 from my account each time I signed up to the £0.90 7 day trial, even though their terms and conditions say that this won't happen until 7 days and you can cancel any time. Luckily, my bank stopped the transaction and they didn't get the money, but this is a terrible practice and is effectively theft.

Biggest scammers out there! Take money for services you haven't asked for! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Scammers. Paid for 90p 7 day trial and they've taken £29 from my account . Should have saw the red flag when wasn't able to download generated cover letter. No way to cancel said subscription either. Fuming! Avoid like the plague. My bank won't do anything for 15 days 😡 to see if they issue a refund first. From looking at the reviews that seems highly unlikely! Also just found the button on how to cancel. But hey ho it takes you back to the dashboard and when you go to check it's cancelled it's still active.

signed up for 1.90 £ and they charged me 30 £ without any service, I saw the reviews late. Don't use this website ad it may also steal your data. Reporting it to cyber crime and fraud analysis authorities.

I signed up for 0.90 USD for downloading a cover letter template then they charged me 20 USD without my authorization and just a few moments ago they charged me 29 USD again. I dont have subscription to this company and they dont respond to any querries. This is front company to just committ fraud. I repoted this company to Citi Bank but it does not help i keep charged as a fraud victim. Very annoying

FRAUD! Do not trust this scammers. I purchased the 7 days classic for $0.90 but they charged me twice, another amount of $29 which I did not authorized.

Be careful as they charge you more than needed. Instead of 0.90 or 1.90 you will get charged that plus up to 30.00.
