Fraud. Company takes the full £29.90, when you sign up to the £1.90 7 day trial

29 quid has just been taken out of my account for no reason whats so ever it said 1 week was 90 p and now I'm 20 pounds down I'm struggling as it is with it being near Christmas that was the last of my money I have 1.29 left thats all I got left I don't know what to do can anyone help me how do I get my money back

This company is a scam. I paid £1.90 but was charged this and £29.90 without my consent and for no reason. Do not use.

Everything about this feels like a scam.

I signed up for the 1 week £0.90 option. I was IMMEDIATELY charged an additional £29.90. There is no mention of this on their website. You are told that after a week your subscription will be charge this amount, but it was taken at the same time as the £0.90 option. They have no email address, live chat or phone number available. The only way to contact them is through a form inside the members backend via the website, which is hard to locate.

Very shameful considering this is a site that supposedly helps people looking for jobs and who do not have the money for hidden charges and predatory practices like this.

I will update my review when\if I hear back from them but I am not holding my breath.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. My bank has had to block over 79 attempts to take £29.90 from my account, luckily they have been blocked. However, THEY. WILL. NOT. STOP. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL. THIS IS THE 2ND MONTH OF THEM PESTERING ME.

Do not use!!! I cancelled my subscription TWICE and they still took £29.90 TWICE. I was under the impression I was paying £7 a month but nooo! In tiny tiny writing in the small print it’s £29.90 a month. So this company has robbed me £60 I have yet again cancelled the subscription so lets hope they don’t make it £90 this time!!!! Disgusting !!!!

Do not use this site, I’m a uni student and wanted some help writing a cover letter for my job applications. Said for the 7 day subscription it was 90p they then proceeded to take an additional £30 out of my account. No way of contacting them so had to take it up with the bank. Shocking

Horrible website and company, same as everyone else. Paid for a 90p week subscription and £29.90 was deducted from my account. Wouldn’t have even noticed if i did not look through my transactions.

Just avoid it, perfect scam - it says 0.90 and in mini font, it says £29.90 - perfect to scam people- just avoid it

Scam - do not sign up.

Same as everyone. I got charged for three months £29.90 before noticing it in my bank statement. Refused to refund me.

I just fell for this SCAM. Siged up for the 0.90 7 day trial only to find a £29.90 charge on my card. I will be reporting this to action fraud and recovering the money with my credit card company! SHAME on them and SHAME on me for falling for it!

Do not sign up for the 90p 7 day subscription, you will get a second payment of 29.90 taken out of your account.

The company say “ In order to ensure a smooth transition to a full subscription, we pre-authorise the subscription fee on the credit card used for payment.
The £29.90 you see on your bank statement is not a payment, but a pre-authorisation for future services”

The above statement is false the money gets taken out of your account instantly which I have now had to dispute with my bank.

Stay clear , scammers

How do I get my refund back?

Literally just got charged by them 29.90 without any email notification if I didn't check my bank transactions I wouldn't know.... Do I need to wait for the customer service to reach out or should I just settle with the bank myself? FFS they don't even have a contact number or request refund page to do it myself.

Got scammed of £29.9 after subscribing £1.9 for a week. How can we propagate this evil.

Same issue as all other. Signed up for 7 day trial, charged for a full subscription in addition to the trial fee. Additionally, you can't edit the file once downloaded and its been Google translated from another language so the actual file is unusable. Complete scam

SCAMMERS
said would be 90P and charged me £30.

This is a complete scam, do not use them!!! you sign up for a 7 day trial and without any consent at all they take £29.90 per month from you using a completely different company name to make it as hard as possible for you to cancel them.

I subscriped for £0.90 for 7 days just 2 days ago however even though I was already subscried the system required me to subscribe twice I was like ok. I subscried 2 times for £0.90 and today i checked my transactions and saw the system had charged me twive for £29!!! What is this. I am asking are they scam. Just emailed them. waiting their reply.
