Alhamdulillah performed my umrah and…
Alhamdulillah performed my umrah and backed on 10th January.Our journey start 31st december and backed on 10th january.
To select my umrah Travel deal, i spoke with few companies including couple of recommended agency. i was almost convince with recommended company. then i got call from Al Zowar Travel. guy name Ehsan called me, his honest conversation bound me to have second thought. but to be honest i was little doubt about them as they are still new company.
but the guy Mustofa and Ehsan's honest conversation removed my doubt. i went with them.
i must confess what they told me i got almost perfect everything. it was custom made package and i was visiting first time for Umrah. My wife and I were bit scared whether everything would go okey or not.
but brother Mustafa was helpful from the beginning. whenever i asked anything, got replied immediately, even outside office hours. they have 24 hourse whatsapp service.
And they contact us from their side regularly. even when we start journey, they continuously contacted us and made sure we r on board. our flight was 1 and half delayed, so i texted them, they immediately replied and made us sure they informed taxi company and hotel. BTW, their trasnport comoany also continuously contacted us through WhatsApp couple of day before started journey.
before we start our journey, transport company gave us driver name. when we landed we got massage from transport company, also got massage from driver. it was smoth journey.
we asked them to book us for voco hotel ( we got the name from another company) hotel was nice clean with 4 restaurant. ( included breakfast. But bit far from Haram Sharif, 25 minutes walking or have to use their free bus service to free shuttle service. If you are going with old family member or Children, would not recommend this hotel despite they are very clean and tidey. As it was my choice, so i would not blame them.
due to my daughter illness, i cancelled Ziyarat in last minutes, but they politely offered us next day visit and we agreed.
their Taxi service is on time but duevto havy traffic once or twice it was dekayed 5/10 minutes, and their transport company always massaged us about taxi schedule and driver number.
same as Madina. everything went smoothy. Saja Al Madina, nice hotel, very close by Masjid Nawabi.
good thing was which made confort they always contacted us Through out our journey and asked us is everything going well. need any help etc.
I was so happy that i made Dua for brother Mustafa, brother ehsan and their Business barakah in Haram sharif. May Allah give barakah their business and also may Allah accept their good wish.
Definitely i will give them 5 star and recommend them to others.

Mustafa was incredibly helpful when discussing the best Umrah packages available and what each entails. He went above and beyond to explain the details of the travel and moved very quickly to reserve hotels and flight tickets. A very patient, empathetic and kind agent who is an asset to the company.
