What a LOAD OF RUBBISH. Added 100 items in basket. Started at 430am, tried every 10/20/30/40 minutes every hour for the entire day. Not a single slot available. Called their customer service 4 times. on each occasion given some Bull story on why there were no slots available to one claiming its nationwide issue, one saying try again at midnight. Each time my basket has to be renewed as items are going out of stock. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERINCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ONLINE SHOPPING. Considering this is Amazon who are supposed to have delivery hubs etc it is a waste of time. Since writing this review 30 items have gone out of stock BUT YET No delivery slots have become available. Must be the fairies ordering things

Been like it for days. Ironically my basket keeps updating as things go out of stock - who is buying when there's been no delivery slots?

Customer service replies are non-existent.

We have Prime but cannot get a delivery slot !!
Fresh is being discontinued in our area so lots of items in stock are reduced but we cannot get a delivery slot.

But...if i put full price items in the basket then suddenly slots are available ??

Stop offering reduced items saying they are in stock if your not letting your customers buy them !!

Cancelling Prime today and never buying from Amazon again !!

Every single week, at least 1/3 of what I want to buy is out of stock. I have no idea how such a large company can be so incompetent. When things are in stock, the service works fairly well - next day delivery of groceries at an average price.

Ordered a few items to be delivered within a time slot between 4-6. Received an email claiming they're running late (fair enough) three hours later the tracking suggests it's not even out for delivery. No way to contact customer service apart from a useless automated chatbot. Close to midnight receive a text "your delivery is cancelled...refund within 3-5 days". Are you kidding me! So they can take my money straight away, have me hanging for hours then just leave me with no money or groceries for up to 5 days!

Well, almost as bad as Morrisons; at 10,54 my order for a 4.00pm to 6.00pm slot was confirmed, and at an untimed email in the same afternoon, I got this:
We're sorry, we were unable to deliver your order. Your refund will be processed by Amazon immediately; however, it may take 3-5 business days to see the funds in your account depending on your financial institution.

This is unsatisfactory, and I shan't order again - it's a waste of my time.

Even before the delivery, an item was cancelled by Amazon as after my order, didn't have the full quantity in depot after all. Order due for delivery 9-11am, text said on the way, tracking showed that 10.48 I was due to be the next delivery (though driver c.15 miles away), next message hour later saying still on way but delayed, then order cancelled by Amazon, 'contact Customer Services'. Callback not working, so called 0800 number. Had to repeatedly give name, order number, email address and phone number and explain non-delivery to numerous call responders with limited grasp of the English language and zero customer care skills (constantly saying 'not to worry' when the customer has waited in and planned the day around the delivery)... they said they couldn't reach the driver, then tracking showed him even further away. After Amazon cancelled my order the order showed as 'Premises not accessible' but they never got within 15 miles of my address. Quite the worst experience I've had with online shopping. Utterly incompetent. What has the driver (Tsion?) done with my order?

Scanning technology doesn't work and service levels are poor. Not possible to dispute incorrect charges applied. Won't use again.

The delivery driver will disappear from the tracker and cancel the order. Do not trust Amazon Fresh. I repeat, DO NOT TRUST AMAZON FRESH.

All items available, order on its way and then gets cancelled about 30 feet from my house. I can only.imagine the driver either cannot read road signs or GPS.
Not particularly convenient with not a lot of time and plenty of people to feed. When I contacted amazon they'd never heard of the order, despite fully refunding it.

Always running late or cancelling items that have been ordered hours. Customer service is one of the worst I’ve used not sure if I would use again after this delivery.

I had an amazon fresh delivery yesterday- alas the bananas were anemic the plums and peaches were over ripe and soft and went straight into the bin same day as they tasted off.
As an Amazon Prine member I had hoped for better.
The remainder of the order was OK.

Amazon Fresh delivery got cancelled TWICE within 1 week. Don't be bothered. The worst Amazon service ever.

DISGUSTING delivery woman!!
My house is on a main road so parking is just around the corner and is a 30 second walk. This woman brought 2 out of 8 bags to my door then told me "you need to help me carry the bags" I couldn't so explained i've just had surgery and had a child asleep upstairs. She walked off and after 10 minutes had still not returned. I rang her to see where she was and she told me "i'm returning your shopping" i had to get my neighbour to watch my child so i could go round to the woman. When i got there she refused to give me my shopping saying she had "started the return" i tried to take my shopping and she grabbed it back. I got angry and shouted at her. SHE RUNG THE POLICE and told them i'd tried to push her infront of a moving car. The police came and could see i had done nothing wrong so helped me get my shopping from her. I order from Amazon a lot and have never had a problem with delivery but i will never order from Amazon fresh again. Absolutley vile!!

The first couple of deliveries were great, fresh food was good quality and lasted ages. Yesterday, I received notification that my shopping was out for delivery, checked after the slot time had expired and found that they had cancelled. No phone call or notification whatsoever. I now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund unless I want it as a gift certificate. Contacted customer services and they didn’t provide an explanation, just an apology. I won’t risk relying on them again!

Do not waste your time ordering groceries from Amazon fresh!
They will cancel your order right at the last minute without any reason and think that a 5 pound gift card will suffice! Then you have to WAIT for your money to be refunded!
Absolutely useless!

Several times we have received items that were out of date upon arrival, yesterday it was bacon that was 5 days out of date!

Halbaufgetaute Tiefkühltorten einfach vor die Tür gelegt. Nicht geklingelt. Alle anderen Teile der Lieferung waren okay.

I ordered Amazon fresh and waited until 11pm for delivery. The delivery guy can open the front door of the flat and asked . I asked him to go through the back door as all delivery through back door. Front entrance at main road and no parking as well. He cancelled my order and left. I called and asked why. He ignored. Nothing Amazon did.
