Meine erste Bestellung, von 42 Teilen, eins nicht lieferbar, ok.
Nach Ankunft festgestellt 5 fehlen komplett.
Alles tatsächlich kleine Größen, muss man genau lesen beim Bestellen.
Lieferung war pünktlich
Für mich keinen Versuch mehr wert!!
Kundendienst miserable Erreichbarkeit....hoffentlich klappt es mit der Erstattung

Order cancelled an hour after delivery was meant to have been made. No reason given, no real apology and no compensation.

My wife is housebound due to covid and I’m working away, so trying to get some essentials delivered to her.

I read all the negatives reviews and felt it necessary to add my own experiences with Amazon fresh.

I've been using Amazon fresh for almost 2 years straight, preferring the convenience of buying via my amazon account rather than going to a supermarket.

Reliable, efficient, good prices, great promos, and surprisingly good quality own brand offerings.

5 star in my opinion.

15 Artikel (mindestens 2 volle Tüten) fehlten heute, der Kundenservice hat mich nicht verstanden und nur einen Teil richtig erstattet. Schade ums Trinkgeld... Amazon Fresh war mal gut, aber das war meine letzte Bestellung. An den Fahrer: Viel Spaß mit meinen Artikeln, lass es dir schmecken!

Schlecht und teuer.
Amazon ist generell ein echter Schrottladen und doch kaufen so viele dort. Unglaublich. Ein Unternehmen, das hier keine Steuern zahlt etc wir so unterstützt.

I just got charged for items that had been put back on the shelf i.ethe shop system doesn't work

Didn't bother delivering products and haven't been able to get hold of anyone since to explain that we had to spend hours trying to locate the driver, wasting fuel, time, energy and ultimately having to rebuy all the products from a different shop which cost more money and was not the convenience we expect from online shopping. I won't bother again.

Very bad experience with Amazon this time. And I think it’s the last time I ever visit Amazon fresh. I am a regular customer but today I visited Amazon fresh after a long time and on entering the store they deducted £15 from my account no reason nothing as I did not shop anything still the deducted and no confirmation not even an email that I have visited the store and shop nothing. Amazon is losing its trust and customers as well.
I will not go to Amazon fresh again ever in my life nor recommend any one to ho there.

I got charged £30 for items that should have cost £10. No way for me to see how much they would charge me while walking out of the store. I thought (like a fool) that a big company like amazon would at least make it right afterwards if an error was made. Nononono. they only refer me back to the store. I was visiting London as a tourist so I of course can't buy a plane ticket back there to deal with this shitshow.

The technology just doesn't work, and Amazon doesn't care about you. Just don't shop at Amazon Fresh, ever. You know what, actually don't ever shop at Amazon in general either.

My experience in London with Fresh was truly remarkable. I found unique products that I couldn’t source anywhere else, and the pricing was reasonable, especially during sales.

My only concern is this: some of Morrisons’ deals work out to be more cost-effective than those at Fresh, like their 3 for £10 or 3 for 2 offers.

While Southampton offered a positive experience, it lacked some of the higher-quality products that I had enjoyed in London, especially the farm goods. I believe Fresh should emphasize supporting British agriculture, especially now.

I’ve recommended Fresh to numerous people, and they now exclusively shop there. However, I’ve moved 20 miles away and can no longer use Fresh myself.

I look forward to the possibility of shopping with Fresh again. Until then, I can only award it 3 stars.

It’s absolutely terrible!!!
Service is absolute nightmare.
Delivery doesn’t turn up, then after so much time trying to get it resolved by “customer service” it only gets worse!!!
You don’t get any help, any care.

Absolutely awful. I tried to buy some advent calendars for £15 but they charged me £30 from what I could see in my bank. The receipt was unavailable to view. They said they would refund me if I wrote down my card details but I have nothing to rely on in the form of paper or online. Do not go there!!! Not even good stock.

I ordered my groceries for a 4 to 6pm delivery.
At 5.05 pm a message arrived to say my groceries would not be delivered.
I now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund.

Would give no stars if I could. They just don't bother to deliver. Don't update you as to why not. When you ring or use the chat facility you reach a call centre in India where they know nothing and just tell you what you already know.

Amazon.com Kundenservice gleich null, alle Lieferungen durch Amazon beschädigt. Ersatz nur Geld, keine Ware. Traurigstes und inkompetentestes Unternehmen Weltweit. 3 Lieferungen in 2 Tagen, davon eine nicht angekommen, eine mit fehlenden Artikel und die letzte defekt (im Karton verteilt). Ersatzlieferung? Fehlanzeige, dass einzige was Amazon kann: Geld zurück schicken, aber auch nur den unbedingt geforderten Betrag, von "Entschuldigung" keine Spur...
Absolutes Amateur Unternehmen, was kein Interesse an Kundenzufriedenheit hat

I have loved Fresh for years but it is evidently facing many problems. Something must have changed as the service is now totally unreliable. I ordered a delivery on the Tuesday which I had wanted the same day however it strangely arranged it for the following day between 12-2pm. Fine I thought but the delivery never arrived and the order was cancelled..it gave me the option to rearrange so I did for between 6-8pm that day. It never arrived and was cancelled again!!! I’m disabled and live in the country so incredibly inconvenient plus I wasted an entire day and I won’t have access to the refunded money for days. A terrible service one of the worst I have ever experienced. Looks like I will need to plan ahead and give Waitrose a go. I’m sad about it as I’m on a restricted diet and Fresh have a great selection of foods that I can eat unlike Morrisons. I did get a £15 gift card which has taken the edge off my anger!

Items never got delivered! The excuse was “access issues to property”. Never been an issue before and manage to get all other deliveries fine. They have customers contact number but do not have the sense to call if there’s a problem. Wasted my morning waiting in for nothing. So now I have to go to the supermarket on a busy Saturday afternoon to replace what was not delivered and have to wait 4-5 days for my refund! Thanks a bunch Amazon!
