I knew that we would find delicious pakora, light, hot and wonderful at Ambala. I was right, our crew were fighting for a piece, and they certainly lived up to your reputation of scrumptious Asian foo. Thank you

Sadly Ambala isn’t what it used to be. The recipes, texture and flavour have changed.

we visited the hounslow branch on 17th sept 2026 and what a pleasant customer service.we were served by a very respectful and polite Mr Mario Fernandes.he waa so polite n served us promoting new products that Amabala has introduced and then asked us to doenload the app to collect rewards.helped to sign up .he was patient while we made our decisolion of what to buy.we bought more then we intended because of his intro to new things we bought the new things aswell. really well chosen peraon with true customer service.Thankyou he needsnto be conmended for his customer service ..overall Hounsloe branch is serving freshly made mithai n savouries ..definatley a must try ...with lovely presentation boxes avaialble too for your specail occassion.

Honestly, if i could give 0 stars i would! One of the WORST dhokla i vave ever eaten. Heavy like a brick, wrong and strange colour. Ambala come on... you call yourself profesdional caterers??

I’ve long trusted this brand for delicious sweets and savouries—your samosas used to be perfect, full of flavour and beautifully crispy. But my recent visit to your Swindon branch left me extremely disappointed, and honestly wondering if these were actually your genuine products at all. Big letdown.

Timely delivery of Laddo for wedding. Great service!

Delivery on time, but some of the sweets were squashed although the packaging was intact. Suspect that the damage was done during packaging rather then during delivery.

The matai was ready to collect after ordering very easily on line. We received 10% discount on our first order, for us a huge box of 20 pieces for free! The matai was so fresh and such a wonderful variety of 4, 10 and 20. Thoroughly recommend Ambala, Uxbridge. We will definately be buying from them again.

The sweets are excellent and packed well in various boxes - have used them for many years and consistently good taste and quality

not happy with delivery - wanted it for AM but delivered late evening - courier rang bell and left box on doorstep without waiting!

Clear distinction is required for buyer and receiver's address. These are two different addresses.
