The payment system is down & there is no way of contacting this company. I phoned up & was hung up on. Awful customer service!!
I'm now expecting the same reply as all the negative reviews on here within the last 2-3 months. It seems since cakebox have taken over, the company has gone downhill. I shall now purchase from a more reputable company.

Although Indian sweets may be available elsewhere I have always found that Ambala sweets are exceptionally good quality. The order receipt and dispatch are as requested and arrived on the day advised by Ambala.

I ordered 15 boxes of mithai for a new…
I ordered 15 boxes of mithai for a new born boy, I received the boxes with at least 8 of the boxes damaged and all the syrup had leaked on to boxes which made a big mess. I am very unhappy as these were to give to family and friends which I am unable to do. I have pictures to prove it.
