Am in Brighton by the sea and being disabled can't get out as much to find where if at all my local Ambala is..so having my favourite LADOO and pistachio BARFI coming through the post is sheer delight!...looking forward to getting the mixed box variety to order for friends and myself too..thankyou..so much

Bad service- They gave me the wrong boxes
Sheffield store- I ordered baby girl boxes and husband went in store to collect and they gave him the original boxes without checking my order and i was not happy when i received the order, i called and they expected me to just be happy with it.

Awful experience
Drove 2 hours to re-visit Ambala (Manchester branch) after a Gap of 1 year.
Awful experience 😢 😞 Really feel sad.
Bought 1kg of mix sweets.... looks are deceiving.. So nice to see them but Taste very bad... Not a single sweet was Fresh....
Also bought, Karak chai.. poor taste. 1 cup of chai must have 5 spoonful.of sugar.
This was the last time, I visited them...

I placed my order five days ago and…
I placed my order five days ago and also paid extra delivery charges so that I could receive it sooner. However, I still haven’t received my order. This is very disappointing and I’m really unhappy with the service.
