I have been using Amber Mortgage solutions for numerous years. I have been delighted with their services. Prompt with their response, given me good advice and find the best products for my needs.

In May this year we approached Donna at Amber Mortgage Solutions and she done a fantastic job helping us not only sort a mortgage for our new home, but also to re-mortgage our existing home. By September we was in the new property. Donna and her team were on hand day and night. The customer service we received was out of this world. Donna went above and beyond her duties to assist us, taking her work home and even sending us quotes on the weekend and at 11pm at night! Donna is a true asset to Amber Mortgage Solutions. Without her assistance and hard work i don't know if we would even be in our new house. We will definitely be coming back to Amber Mortgage solutions when our mortgages are due for renewal. As first time buyers we didn’t know where to start, but Donna was there to help us through the whole process, from explaining how mortgages work to filling out paperwork & obtaining home insurance quotes. She was always there to answer any questions and kept us well informed on what was going on. Could not have asked anymore of her. We went to Amber Mortgage Solutions because I have a poor credit history. I can not recommend them and our advisor Calhan enough. They really made the whole process easy for us.

I would highly recommend Amber Mortgage solutions. We had a tricky help to buy property and our adviser Calhan was brilliant. Despite that property falling through (Not mortgage related) Calhan successfully and quickly found us a mortgage on another property despite my partners poor credit rating.

Honestly for years I was intimidated by getting a mortgage to buy my home. Over at least five years I tried to speak to mortgage advisors but never had any confidence in them there for never got my mortgage, until the day I rang amber mortgage solutions and spoke to Calhan I cannot stress enough how he has helped me and put my mind at ease I’ve even gone so far as to preach to my friends and family about him and Amber as a whole. Hand on heart I would recommend Amber and especially Calhan to anyone. To have some one like that at the other end of the phone is such a comforting thing and when I never knew nothing about mortgages I now feel like a bit of a expert thanks to Cal.

From start to finish, Nicole has been efficient , exceptional, very professional and swift in responding queries as well as dealing with the lenders. Amber was recommended to me, despite having a less than straightforward case I was told to speak to Calhan and he will sort you out with the best mortgage deal available!
