Fantastic dog bed for the dog and ME, lovely quality which i expect will last. Arrived well protected from the elements yet fully assembled.

We bought an outdoor item which very quickly went from dark red to a very faint pink. After two years we’re about to dump it. We contacted customer services but they didn’t even bother to respond. Do not purchase from this company

Quick delivery, already made up, beautifully made

Have bought 5 of these beds for my dogs now, and they really are very good quality. Delivery is very fast and efficient. I love the ease of the top cover, just zip it off, in the machine and comes out like new. Really heavy duty metal zips used! So much better than the plastic that others use, and the dogs all sleep soundly on them.

Excellent dog bed, everyone always comments on how sturdy and solid it is. Dogs love it too. Great you can zip the top off to wash or when it’s been warmer. Bought the biggest and it’s like a mattress. Will buy another in a smaller size for upstairs

Bought two red outdoor bean bags (Satellite Twin Sofa) last year. They were marketed as outdoor products. I stored them in the garage over winter rather than leaving them outside, and only used them for one season.
Both bags have faded significantly and now look worn and unattractive. The colour loss is very noticeable.
I contacted customer service with photos. Their response was that the bags are outside warranty, that other customers haven’t reported the same issue, and that the fading is likely due to environmental conditions rather than a product fault. The only offer they made was 15% off a future purchase.
For products specifically sold as outdoor furniture, I expected better colour fastness and UV resistance. The aftercare response felt dismissive given the clear deterioration after normal use and careful storage.
Would not buy again and would advise others to check real-world outdoor performance carefully before purchasing.

So far I’m not really impressed. I ordered two fabric samples from Ambient Lounge on 9 July. Still waiting. Two weeks now.

I was a returning customer, buying a second cover for the dog bed I purchased. Cannot fault the whole experience, ease of using website, finding item I required, to the quick and delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend Ambient Lounge.

Packaging was a little confusing, but phoned the company and they were great, explained what usually happens. Said they would contact the warehouse and send me an email, which they did within the hour.
The outdoor beanbags were of an excellent quality, more than enough filling for the seated bean bags, loved the filling system so easy to use and no wastage. Absolutely love,love,love these bean bags. Delivered on time and easy to navigate and place the order.

We needed to send something back. They would only communicate through emails. They were slow at getting back

Brilliant bed, I chased delivery due to needing the bed by a certain date and the team were excellent at keeping me informed. The bed itself self is great, my pup loves it, I love the fact it looks good and each bit can be cleaned!

Really pleased, my order came in a few days and love what I bought and will be purchasing more, love the dog beds they look stylish and comfortable and not too pricey.

Great service and fast delivery

This is our second purchase of a Large Rebound foam mattress dog bed for our Bulldog. Our Rottweiler loves hers so much that our Bulldog keeps getting in too.
We are so happy we have ordered the 6 seater indoor/outdoor modular set too and look forward to receiving this also.
Can’t fault the quality so far.

Bed is huge!!! Easy to fill , my 13 yr old mastiff loves it and he gets lost in it! Plenty of of room and super comfy , you can ask my 9 yr old who now has sleep overs with the dog! I have also noticed that the bed doesn’t smell! Every dog bed starts to smell even after washing, this one doesn’t! We love it! I am considering buying 1 for my son!!!

Ordered the 2 seater for my garden room/ bar and looks great. Very comfy too.

I was mis-sold a lounge chair set.

The website, while it states FoamMix, the chain is just a bean bag.
Raised it with the customer service, but they don't care. I got a refund on the item, but had to pay for the delivery.

The product is an overpriced beanbag. I went with another great company, and it was a much better value.

The delivery company were also horrendous, lied.
