Ambient Lounge were very quick and responsive to a zipper problem. Would highly recommend their dog beds as our two can't get enough of them.

These dog beds are amazing! I’ve never bought a bed that lasted more than a week for my retriever and springer spaniel. They are on the more expensive side but totally worth it. They look amazing, are dig proof, chew proof and my dogs love them. I bought a large and medium. The large is big enough for both dogs.

We love this bed its firm but not hard which is what we needed for my Cane Corso as he has mild hip dysplasia so he needs something that supports his joints which we hadn't been able to find until I came across ambient lounge dog beds.

This is the best bed I've bought for my German shepherds - fabulous for my old arthritic dogs .... they love their bed !
And the young ones who can curl up or stretch out -

The best dog bed I have ever bought. Like a luxury memory foam mattress for my whippet. Very easy and convenient to wash. He absolutely loves it.

I ordered 2 lounge bean bag chairs and they are fantastic, came in 4 giant boxes and their method of transferring the balls into the beanbag is genius-no mess and so quick. They are beautiful and so comfortable and I would recommended them to everyone!

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Products don’t work as advertised and if you want to return they expect products not to have been used. A total joke had to get my credit card company to claw the money back. Dreadful company dreadful products and dreadful customer service. Avoid at all costs!

The bed I purchased for my dog is amazing it was quite expensive at £260 but the quality and comfort it gives my large breed dog is worth every penny. I’ve had many beds over the years this is by far the best purchase I’ve made who highly recommend.

Well made easy to zip off and clean and good strong zip were most things are cut back on the zip only lasts for a while these look like there going to last we already have had it several months taken it off and cleaned several times tried quite a few other beds all prices this seems the best made one and the dog loves it bit to much doesn’t like getting out of it plus we all lay on it with him as we got the biggest one perfect hope it lasts a long time

Although we like the bed I have always thought something was missing from the delivery.
On the website it shows how to assemble the bed. Mine came already assembled in a big plastic bag which, of course the courier had squashed. I assumed that's how they were now delivered
The sides are not as raised as shown in the website pictures.
I subsequently ordered a thermoquilt and although the zip fits OK there is too much fabric which causes folds in the material where hair and dirt collect

A cold fish of a company. Poor customer service. Bought wrongly priced items and they just cancelled when the offer of some sort of reduction would have been appreciated as a loyal customer

Product ordering and delivery was good, and it looked / felt as advertised. Takes more shuffling around than you would expect for something approaching £2k. "Heavy weight for years of durability"..... I'm afraid it is not. The seem gave way and the company have washed their hands of it - rest of the settee is like new after very little use, but no interest in servicing a "high end product"......very disappointing.
