Ordered 15 custom "Rocker" T-shirts for my band and selected rush shipping. They arrived on the selected day without issue and are brilliant quality! I love how there isn't a large "Gildan" or "Fruit of the Loom" label on the back of the neck, just a tiny label indicating the size.

I'd ordered a couple of T shirts for my personal use, and had chosen both a particular t shirt brand, and had stated there was no rush for the order to be fulfilled.
After a few weeks, I contacted the customer service team, just to check on the order, and the service I received was very good; they checked on the order and provided, and when the particular t shirt had run out, they kept me informed, and also provided alternative options for me to choose.

Once I received the order I was more than happy with the quality of the product and the printing service they provided.

Would easily, and hopefully will, use them again.

This was an additional order from a previous order/design. Quick/efficient experience and again good quality , fairly traded t-shirts with huge colour range .

They did eventually come back to me by email, however it was was 2-3 days between each email, fortunately I had left enough time when ordering and providing the "required by date" a week in advance to get my issue resolved, and credit where it is due they just sent out the correct replacements without any argument. Because of this I'm happy to upgrade my review to 3 stars, however, I stand by my initial criticism that their communication is really bad, as even though they did send me the replacements, I still had no idea what was going on.

Ordered 15 T-shirts and needed them within 2 weeks so paid for and did a rush order as the 2 weeks was right on the border of a normal order. Didn't get any communication after the order confirmation acknowledging date requirement, no update on their website. Tried calling, they don't answer or respond to voicemail. Tried emailing, got a response 3 days later saying when the order was due to arrive, which was eventually the day before. This wasn't an issue, but wasn't a great customer experience. However when the T-shirts arrived I found that some of them were the wrong size, first i tried calling and got no response again, then tried emailing and still had no response, 3 days now and still no response. I ordered these for a specific event, if this issue does not get resolved in time then I will have no option but to get a chargeback on my credit card as what I currently have is no use.

They had great attention to detail when checking the design and were always quick to respond. They also sent an email to check when the package arrived which was such a nice personal touch! Thanks Jess and all!

Recommend the company, just not the white t-shirt!

All was good until after one use sweat patches turned brown on the white. I washed it 3 times and they did not come out. Never before have I had this with a white item of clothing. Unfortunately ruined within one use and they obviously don't offer any compensation or returns.

I had a large order of tshirts to place with a lovely custom design I made for a stag do in December, I first reached out to AM with a couple questions about the sizing of the garment I had chosen. All replies were very quick, very helpful & very friendly.

After placing my order I had misunderstood the expected delivery timeframes and reached back out for some help to change the order to a rush order, however Rebekah promised a delivery deadline before we were due to fly away.

The order arrived one day early (today) and I couldn't be happier with both quality & service from all aspects of this company. Highly recommend and dont be afraid to reach out with questions!

I have made a few orders with A.M. Custom Clothing now. The first order, an item was out of stock, they were very quick to contact me with alternatives. Another order I made a mistake with one of the prints and contacted them as soon as I noticed. They emailed me back the same day and sorted it all out.

All of the products I have received have been excellent quality and I look forward to using them again and again in the future.

Absolutely AMAZING service by Jess and the team. I required a very specific screenprinted Xmas jumper so sent emails to a dozen or more firms I found on Google. Jess responded within the hour, provided a very competitive quotation and the great quality garment arrived at my home just over a week later. Superb, thank you very much Jess and the team.

Easy to deal with, order process very simple, delivered before my deadline, print quality is excellent.

I'm absolutely stoked with the service I've received from AM Custom Clothing. Rebekah (my account manager) was brilliant right from the start. She was so patient, particularly when on the cusp of finalising the order, I realised I'd done a stupid thing and the whole order needed to be reconfigured.

When I received the t shirts there was a slight issue with the position of the print. When I contacted AM Custom Clothing about the problem I was half expecting to be guided towards some small print telling me that I'd have to accept them. But no, Rebekah arranged for the t shirts to be returned for inspection (with no cost to me) and they were reprinted without any argument, fuss or quibble.

In these times were it seems everyone is just out to make a fast buck without any care for service or standards it's incredibly refreshing to deal with an organisation with integrity.

My theory is everyone makes mistakes. It's how we deal with them that's important. I can't recommend AM Custom Clothing enough and I'm looking forward to placing my next t shirt order with them.

I required 30 shirts to be made on a short turnaround. Rebekah was my account manager, and communicated with me to ensure my t-shirt requirements fit what was proposed. The payment process was simple and my shirts arrived on the date I required. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was, I was not sent any tracking information. I ended up sending an email on the delivery date asking where my order was, due to no postal information. Other than that, I will use again. Thanks all involved!

Thanks so much for a very very speedy service, we needed to place a large order within a tight deadline. The ladies at AM were prompt and professional, we received our order bang on time with good quality and design, everybody here is very happy.

A.M. Custom clothing were great from the very beginning. They helped me with the design - checking it was a suitable size and even changed the colour for me. The t-shirts were delivered with no problems and they looked great. We wore them for a mud run - and they survived! They have even been washed and have come up really well - still looking like new!
