A.M. Custom Clothing Reviews 

I had high hopes for A.M. Custom Clothing but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After placing a group order, one of the items was missing. I appreciated that a replacement was arranged, but it only came two weeks after the order deadline passed due to stock issues that were never communicated to me until I followed up. I wish they had told me the issues with stock the day after I initially placed the order so we could work through them together in a quicker more efficient way especially because I communicated with customer service then and explicitly asked them if there were any possible issues with the order.

Despite clearly confirming the correct size and colour, the replacement still arrived in the wrong colour.

This was after several email exchanges and delays. It felt like attention to detail was lacking and that they just didn’t care. Communication was polite but inconsistent and I was never told about the colour mistake in advance which could have saved time, money and a lot of frustration.

The clothing quality is fine, but the overall customer experience has been awful. I feel let down and unsure what to do next since I am leaving the country for 2 months this Saturday which I previously communicated to them. I won’t be ordering again and can’t recommend this company.

UPDATE: Following my initial review, the company reached out to resolve the issue. They provided a full refund for the missing item and also applied a 25% discount across the full order as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate the refund and the polite communication throughout. 🙏🏻

UPDATE 9/Jul/25: I have since received the refund of all missing t-shirts and rush expedition. I'm glad about it as the quality of the t-shirts and printing was good. Just such a shame they have delivered only part of the order and then the issue with the refund. Added a stat for the quality of product.

I ordered 15 t-shirts with rush order as I needed them for an event. The package arrived just the day before the deadline for which I requested tge delivery be by, but there were only 8 t-shirts. I tried to get in touch by phone, then by email, asking for the 7 missing t-shirts. They came back to me after a couple of days, saying that they had to check with the production. I gave them few more days and ask to still acceptable to send the rest of the t-shirts with few days delay (week after the original delivery date). They said that they could not deliver the rest of the order, so I asked for a refund of missing t-shirts and rush order. They promised to refund them, but as of today I only have seen a fraction of the refund. 3 weeks ago, I have received in my account only £53.88 and still waiting for the rest (£78.28). Customer Service still hasn't replied. Wondering if it was a scam.

A.M Custom Clothing were fast, efficient and communicative during the entire process. Our order arrived days before we expected it to even when we had placed it last-minute. They are incredibly helpful and the product was exactly as requested, they are highly recommended.

Fantastic service! Great online platform for reviewing your custom design on the exact product and colour that you choose. Postage was quick and the custom T-shirts that I received are fantastic! I love that these guys print direct to garment. I will definitely use this company again 😁👍

The product recommended is perfect for our needs (10 branded T-shirts for a newly formed band), is true to size/fit, keenly priced and arrived exactly when they said it would☺️

Really helpful - it was my first time buying shirts and after an awful experience with another company who made me feel stupid for not knowing every T-shirt type these guys were super patient, super helpful, and just absolutely amazing start to finish. They are my g to printing company 100%

I put in an order for one T Shirt with custom print for anm event, and the customer service team were really helpful in checking the design and ensuring that the product arrived in time.

Team were brilliant helping us with some branded tops for our work event. We have a tricky primary brand colour and they were super helpful helping us match as closely to our Pantone which no other companies have been able to do for us! Will definitely be ordering from again soon 😊

I'm very happy with the t-shirts I received. My own design printed onto a dozen organic cotton t- shirts. The quality of the DTG print is fantastic, like it's part of the fabric. Great colours.

I recently received my order of T shirts for my son’s stag night from A.M. Custom Clothing and can’t rate my experience highly enough.
I was blown away by the easy to use ordering platform, excellent customer service and earlier than promised delivery date.
When the T shirts arrived I was really pleased and a little surprised by their soft, high quality feel, very impressive for the price paid. The images on the shirts of the groom and bride to be were sharp and crisp, no bleeding or fuzziness.
Everyone commented on the luxurious feel and quality of the material, this is not a ‘wear once for the occasion’ and hide it in the draw T, I’ll be wearing this one again and again. 10/10

Originally I gave 1 start and was upset about anticipated 3 weeks ETA.

Today I received my order. It took 9 day,
And the moment I opened the parcel I was _really_ surprise with outstanding quality of the print.
I wasn't expecting it to look SO good.

Even though I would love to have quicker delivery - the quality is waaay outweighs the delivery time

A.M Custom Clothing has been great to work with! Super flexible when we added additional product to our orders, great communication, and the print quality is amazing. We will definitely be using again :)

I ordered 19 custom shirts from A.M Clothing and they were great at handling our last-minute order. The rush shipping was a lifesaver! I needed the shirts for a football game the week after I placed the order & they got the shirts a day before the deadline that I needed them by! The shirts are of good quality, and the customer service from Rebekah was amazing! She was great with all the questions I had, and her replies were quick and efficient. I'd 100% recommend them for any personal or corporate use in the future.

Really pleased with my my customised work clothes for my small gardening business, the clothes and print are really good quality and the company obviously takes pride in the their work, thankyou again.

I ordered 10 men style t shirts in two colours for our charity event, with our charity logo on the front, and an affirmation at the back. A.M. Custom Clothing did a fantastic job, and got the exact purple right to represent domestic abuse. Their prices are very reasonable.

We will be returning to them for more merchandise. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered 2 Heavyweight tees, 1 x Medium & 1 x Large.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the other - they used the wrong colour for embroidery.
However, after sending an email to customer service, Rebekah rectified this immediately and sent the corrected versions within the next week.
The quality of the t-shirts are incredible and so is the embroidery on the front. I would definitely recommend.
