I had an outstanding experience with American Alternative Assets, especially working with Zack Anderson. This was my first time ever considering precious metals, and Zack took the time to explain everything in great detail with incredible patience. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and made sure I fully understood every step of the process before making any decisions.
It's clear he genuinely cares about his clients and puts real thought and effort into helping them make informed financial decisions. I highly recommend Zack and the team at American Alternative Assets to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and professional guidance.

One star. For several reasons, but my primary concern is that I have still not been paid everything I am owed. There were commission discrepancies, including transactions with missing or incorrect calculations. Management acknowledged these issues and agreed to correct them, but I have not received the promised adjustments or any additional payment since leaving the company.

This was my second order with American Alternative Assets. This order went to them because of their assistance in selecting which gold and silver assets to consider. This was a big plus. My last order placed in February of 2025 increased 196% in value over the first year. These are people I can trust.

As a novice investing in precious metals I am very impressed with the people who have spent their time and shared their expertise to enlighten me on the value of holding precious metals as a hedge against what appears to be inevitable inflation. Jacob Whitmore, Michael Christian and Michael Danian are experts in their respective specialties. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. I highly recommend America Alternative Assets when you are thinking of investing in precious metals.

I was very stressed about invesrting in gold (It was a new experience) and they talked with me over a period of time to ease my concerns. No pressure.

This was a great experience buying gold and silver. Will Hart handled the entire transaction, and based on all the nonsense happening out there, it is the safest thing I could do to protect my hard earned cash.

The patients they displayed in answering my question made me feel they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. In these uncertain times it is imperative to have a sound stable team to find economic stability. American Alternative Assets certainly meets this requirement.

I have been blown away with the process and service that I received with AMERICAN ALTERNATIVE ASSETS. I had not been satisfied with the attention from my accounts in the stock market. I sent out several inquiries regarding some alternative assets. I was treated so well by Michael Danian and his associate. Tony Lin. They treated me like I was family and made sure they answered all my questions and held my hand thru the whole process. I’ve had several great experiences with American Alternative Assets…I’ve worked with Randy Ashburn each time and know that I can trust where my money is going.
The process is pretty simple and the ship time is really fast. In this day and age, it’s intimidating to send money to companies that you don’t know, but I’m confident with American Alternative. I’ve been educated and understand exactly where my investment is going and what I’m going to receive. I get a list of all the metals that I purchase along with the number and worth of each piece. I totally encourage you to invest in gold and silver with how crazy our economy is. It’s also reassuring to know that you can always sell it back if you need to get some money back in the bank. Since I’ve built a relationship with Randy, I’ll always go back when I’m ready to purchase more. I’ve referred other people to him and they are all as pleased as I am.
