I have ordered many things from American Farm company and have been extremely satisfied with each order. My last order was the support farmers T-shirts. They are great quality and my husband, my son and his wife and myself all enjoy wearing them.

I have two cool books so far:
The Ultimate Ground Beef cookbook and
The Farm Wife Field Delivery cookbook.
Both are compiled from recipes from farm wives and offer rural friendly (no hard to source in a small town) tasty, family pleasing recipes.

Super cute shirt and pajama pants. Everything fits great and is super soft!

I love my chicken pj pants. Great customer service. My only issue is that they run long. I’m petite and it’s a trip
Hazard with the fabric. Paying additional to have them altered seems exorbitant for pj bottoms.

Everything I’ve ever purchased from American Farm Company has been great! I have 2 grandsons who live on a farm and they are all about tractors 🚜, so this company has been a great place to buy gifts for them. And I have to say, the shirts/sweatshirts that I’ve purchased are all great quality and super soft! I will continue to buy from American Farm Company as long as the quality and designs continue to be amazing.

I’m not one to write reviews. I had a bulk order of $200. I was so excited for this order. There was 3 packages into one package they shipped. Unfortunately, they forgot to add in two shirts that I had paid for. I emailed them and they didn’t seem to care. They said they scanned the items and it had to of been shipped. I spoke with my mail carrier and they told me they haven’t received another package. I was never offered money back or credit or new shirts sent etc. for something they forgot to add in the package, that I had paid for. Bummer.

I did a preorder for a chicken print backpack (ADORABLE)… it stated it would ship the 31st. Payment, processing, shipping, delivery — all smooth. All wonderful. Shipped the day it was promised to, and came very quickly (before projected). The backpack is great quality and the print is so cute. My son loves it and is going to wear it for preschool. :) 10/10 recommend

I placed an order that took 5 weeks for delivery. Upon receiving the product, it was the wrong size and I needed a larger one within 3 weeks. So I reached out to customer service and explained the dilemma, also politely including that the item description and image were misleading and other customers may misinterpret it as well.
Customer service responded, fully backing the integrity of their website, and placed the blame on me for misinterpreting the description (which to an extent, yes is my fault). They did NOT offer a refund, replacement, rush shipping, or even an apology.
I responded, pointing out their lack of empathy or sincerity for customers and the response I received back stated, "I'm sorry you feel that way." They also stated the shipping time (to justify the original 5 week delivery) was "very clear" on the website.
I asked for them to show me where the shipping time was clearly written, in case I missed it. After a few hours they responded with the item description again (that still did not explain shipping times). I checked the website myself, and they had ADDED the appropriate shipping time to cover themselves.
My issue was the lack of empathy for customers, lying, and unwillingness to acknowledge any error or responsibility from the company. I can't stand behind any company with such narcissistic beliefs. It's upsetting and embarrassing that they are representing a farming and ranching demographic. A farmer myself, this could not be further from my family values.

I love my pajama pants! So soft and comfortable! I even received a thank you email from the owner! I will definitely purchase from this company again!

great website, good products, shipping

These are the best products!! Our customers love the quality, the designs on the t shirts and the price points. We are a newer country store and AFC was the first and only t shirts that we carry. We also stock several of their other items and are anxiously awaiting our shipment of their backpack bookbags, lunch boxes, chicken pajamas, slippers and more. This will be our first "fourth quarter' and full holiday season and we are super excited to be carrying AFC products. Their products will cover a large footprint in our store. We have customers telling us how excited they are to be able to shop and see the items in person instead of only online. They also say they are looking forward to doing their Christmas shopping with us and AFC.

I love the shirt! I love that I can get comfort color shirts with farm related themes. I’m also glad to get the neon cantaloupe color. These are great shirts.

I have loved every tshirt I have ordered from American Farm Co. everything has fit to the size indicated. Great quality items.

Fast shipping, Great product ! Love it !

The girls’ swimsuits are precious and excellent quality. My daughter chose the diamond chicken print, and it is even better in person than in the pictures. It’s so vibrant and cute! We ordered a size up as suggested, and while they are a smidge big now, they fit fine and won’t be too small next year. Shipping was quick and we’ve received 2 thank you coupons for our next purchases. The only think that could make it better would be a matching mom swimsuit! Thank you American Farm Company!

Great variety and quickly sent.

I ordered about $200 worth of products that I was so excited to receive. The response was very rude after the company put the blame on usps and told me they could not help me, refund or issue another order. Apparently if you order anything you need to buy the extra insurance in case they leave it at the wrong address. I was planning on ordering so much more. Customer service is terrible and the products that look so adorable don’t arrive.

American Farm Company is a company who cares, they are reliable and dependable. My family always jokes that I have an addiction to American Farm Company, I don't deny it! I have always had such great experiences with this company. The story behind this company is even better! I grew up on a small family farm and will be marrying into another, the message this company stands for is close to my heart. Extra bonus to be able to support an American small business!

American Farm company continues to produce high quality products. I have only had issues with 2 items with my MANY orders. AFC made it easy to get the problem resolved with their amazing support team. This support team attains staggering communication skills and customer service. AFC takes initiative to get the problem solved as soon as possible. They continue to exceed my expectations with their customer service, products, and morals.

To know that there is a company out there who has such strong values, merit, and principles, allows me to wear my AFC apparel with pride. I look forward to their weekly drops every week. I will continue to support this American small business and hope to see them keep growing.
