I ordered the wrong backpack, and when I went to submit a refund, I was only given store credit and not refunded the amount of my order. I won't be buying again. It's too bad because the bag was cute.

I had purchased from American Farm Company before and loved everything. This time, I had received an email stating I could get $20 tees all day long. I searched the email for a code with no avail, but ordered thinking it would be an automatic discount. No, I paid full price. I emailed the “help” email immediately and “filed my complaint” with no answer (even yet). I received another email later in the day that actually had the discount code listed right in the middle of the graphic. Even though this was not my first order, I don’t know that I’ll order again.Disappointed with customer service to say the least. My husband is a hard-working farmer, so I love the encouragement these shirts promote. Sad that I never received an answer. The four shirts that should’ve been $20 each were good quality and I do love them.

Helpful suggestions: It would help if you didn't have to order each size individually. new format.
Product tags would be helpful. We have only got that once. Great customer service! Less chicken stuff, More green tractors and cows and pigs. Love PJ's need new prints. Lots of things sold out by the time we get.
You do a weekly drop, but we put it off till once a month, because we might find 1 or 2 things but not enough to send through. Then lot of out of stock things.

Shopping,ordering , and receiving in a timely fashion was wonderful. These are for a birthday present but I would almost keep them for myself but I don’t have any chickens . Ian sure they will be a hit .

I love that I can find farmwife products and wheat farming t-shirts in the same place as well as a baby gift for a farm family and a birthday gift for a chicken-loving niece all on the same site!! AND she's the real-deal, a farmwife herself, and I love supporting that!!

I bought the "chicken" sweater and it did not disappoint. It is SO SO VERY SOFT!!! and the size is great. NOW I will you had slippers and PJ bottoms in the same soft material. this was bought to be a sweater at my office since I sell my eggs at my office BUT it's so soft I'm thinking I need it at home for the cold nights..perfect for watching TV or just hanging out. I'll wear it alot.
