Everything went smooth

Worst experience ever the quoted a price and a date and then bait and switch wanted 2 1/2 more. To cancel because that was not acceptable they charge you! My recommendation don’t just don’t use them

Run from this company,they lie to all your concerns to get your deposit,then day of pickup comes the up charges,they are thieves,steal your deposit,and inconvience you....Run from them
Quoted low price,then added $500 on day of pickup....I give everyone a fair review,to be fair they are the worst...you have been warned

Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, scamming BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. A car shipped from Florida to Ohio ended up costing 1,400.00 what he wanted and tried to extort from my 80 year old mother was closer to 1800. Cops had to get involved, it was an absolute mess. This company hires a third party the actual driver and the company they use. Than says third party "all of a sudden" increases rate, conveniently when car is already loaded onto the ramp and ready to go. The first "all inclusive price" isn't the final price. It's a deposit we later learned.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ben told me that the transit would cost 275 and I had to pay $100 upfront. I have messages from him promising that exact price with no changes. I need my car gone by a certain date and time. He told me everything was good to go, I just had to pay the $100. On day of transit. I could not reach him until the after noon. He told me car would be gone by 10 am. Then the dispatcher William, told me that the driver wanted $950 because he didn’t have enough cars to transport on that route so essentially I had to pay for empty spaces to compensate the driver. I said no, that’s not what was promised and that’s inconveniencing me. I was supposed to have been gone and the car gone because I’m moving out of state. I asked to cancel and get a refund. They then come back and tell me to pay $695 in addition to the $100 to get my car picked up. I said no.i asked to cancel again, they are fighting me so I then asked for an estimate and if it was possible to just get it shipped to a location an hour away simply because I didn’t have days to figure this out right now. The car had to be moved and I had to go. Now they are getting upset as if I am the problem because I changed drop off locations after they couldn’t deliver on a price they promised? Furthermore they still didn’t offer a quote for the shorter distance and the car wasn’t able to get picked up the day I needed it. I had to call a friend to come tow it for me at 3 am because it couldn’t stay there. And whoever I just spoke to had the worse customer service and told me I breached contract because the car isn’t able to be picked up? After I expressed several times to just cancel. I have the texts. I have the call logs. I have the calls. He kept saying “we are just human”. Whatever their issue was, they did not deliver in the way they said and this was a huge inconvenience. They are the worst! Trying to tell me I’ll have to get with the legal team. I’m calling the police. They inconvenienced me and blamed me for it for not wanting to pay a significant price difference. I simply cannot believe my experience. You trust ppl to do a job and to treat you right. This was not what happened to me.

The employee called Ryan was very nice and comprehensive since the star ,he tried to help me in every way he could in till he made sure to get my refund. He provided me a good customer service. Always answering my questions by txt or call.

I would not recommend American X Logistics based on my experience. I signed an agreement showing a total tariff of $275, with a $100 first payment, and then a fuel surcharge was brought up afterward. When I reviewed the contract, I did not see any clear fuel surcharge language.

Instead of honoring the price I agreed to, the company appeared to lean on vague “estimated price” language to justify changing the cost after the fact. In my opinion, that is a terrible way to treat a customer. A customer should not have to dig through the contract after signing just to figure out why the price is suddenly higher.

The whole experience felt misleading, stressful, and unprofessional. If the price is not guaranteed, that should be made extremely clear upfront before the customer signs — not after the customer is already locked into the process. After they refused to give my deposit back, I sent the first review that you are reading. They then decided that they would "work" with me to find another shipper. So, ultimately, the price went from 275 to 600. But, in the spirit of wanting to close the deal and get my car, they offered to pay a hundred, so my final would be 400. I wanted my car, so I agreed. The car came, and the driver asked for 450 and showed a receipt that said the same thing. With the finish line so close, I just paid. For the driver, what he doesn't know is that he lost his tip. I had 450 in my hand, because I was going to tip him 50 bucks. At the end of the day, it worked out. This is why I bumped it up to two stars. I got my car on a same-day pickup from MDK Transport LLC.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to read every line carefully, get the final price in writing, ask about all possible extra fees, and specifically ask whether fuel surcharges or other surprise charges can be added later.

The company is going to lean on the fact that they are just a broker and the truckers are the ones who really set the price. If that is the case, then why am I dealing with you?

I would not use this company again.
Also know that if you leave a bad review, they will contact you to try to get this changed. I wanted my car and told them I would remove it if they could work this out. They kinda did, but still were nickel and dimed, and the agreed settlement was not reached. They told me I should have called them first about a delivery that got to my house at 11:45 pm. Who was answering that call?

Dealing with American X Logistics was quick and easy. Got a contract for $675 to ship a small car from Tampa to Greeley CO - with $150 deposit, $425 to be paid on delivery. This deal was apparently brokered to P A Auto Transport LLC out of Denver. Day before pick up, Vahe Grigoryan ("Ryan") informed me the cost would now be $1495....I was more or less held hostage since I was leaving the state and had no way to arrange getting the car back in less than a day.
No qualms with a great driver, Emere, but inexcusable and dishonest deal with the 3rd party company!!!

William was a great help when the last company fell through on us. They have reliable and fair pricing with no hidden fees and honor the timing of pickup and drop-off. William was very helpful in pulling together an extremely last minute pickup. Will definitely be using them again! Driver was also very reliable and helpful when the street was too small for his truck to drive on.

Signed a contract with American X Logistics to transport car from Denver Co. to Bismarck ND. They agreed to pickup car on Friday, never showed, then agreed to pickup car on Monday, never showed, then said they would pickup Tuesday, never showed. Then they said they needed more money than agreed on in the contract!

Quick and efficient service. Broker found very good carrier who delivered our cars on time from CA to FL. Only advice is for customers to be aware that the final price may be higher than quoted due to changes made based on carrier costs prior to pickup.

The 'all-inclusive price' turned into a bait and switch!
On 03/30/26 I received this quote "This is Ryan from American X Logistics Inc! Thanks for requesting a quote. Your all-inclusive price is $325.00!"...on 04/04/26 I paid the auto transport reservation deposit fee of $100.00...shipment was then scheduled for 04/25/26. I then spoke with Ryan on at least 3 occasions prior to shipment and he confirmed each time my entire balance due was $225.00. On 04/24/26, the day before shipment I received a call from Henry asking for another $300.00 for another auto transport reservation fee and an additional $500.00 for the truck driver. Then after my vehicle was picked up I received another call asking for an additional $150.00 for another auto transport reservation fee. So the 'all-inclusive price' of $325.00 turned into $1050.00. Needless to say I paid everything to make sure I got my vehicle back. Ryan and Henry were both extremely difficult to understand on the phone, they sounded like they were from Bangladesh or India. They also talked extremely fast and I had to raise my voice just to ask a question. I strongly they feel they used this communication issue to their benefit. My vehicle was dropped off on time and at the designated location but the key we gave the driver is now twisted and bent. The key worked just fine before and now gets stuck in the ignition and is no longer usable. I pray everyone reads this review before spending a single cent to this company.
